We stayed in the "Executive One-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace and Sea View" The view on the terrace was stunning! What a great place to wake up to in Dubrovnik! The room was great for us and our fourteen year old boy. Plenty of closet storage for luggage and clothes. Great inexpensive laundry service! Kitchen refrigerator was large. While you could walk to Old Town from the apartment, we opted for very inexpensive Uber rides to and from that picked up extremely quickly from the Apartment or anywhere in town. The Ubers are just Taxis in Dubrovnik. A great supermarket was within walking distance. We were able to walk to the ferry terminal when we left on our way to Split.

Really enjoyed our four night stay at Adriatic Deluxe Apartments for the first part of our honeymoon. Ana at reception was very very helpful and friendly, we were heading to Korcula when we left Adriatic and she booked our ferry tickets for us and printed them - a very helpful and kind gesture. Situated on the outskirts of old town, perfect as it means there are not tourists wherever you step. Only a short Uber ride in to old town - around £3.00 each way. Head to Pile Gates in an Uber where you can wander from top to bottom of the city. Beautiful view from our room and the hot tub was amazing as the weather was pretty poor so we enjoyed that more so than we would normally have. A great find and would highly recommend!

Booked this for our anniversary. Pictures make it appear we would get a sea view however we got a street view! Check this out before you confirm your booking! If we knew this we would not have booked! Finishing touches are not great, ie: stickers on all mirrors I imagine from purchase amongst other missing details you’d expect from what the pictures shout. A plus side was we did get a sea view room as a complimentary. Both receptionists were pleasant and informative and always on hand to help with issues. There was good communication with local amenities etc although one thing we didn’t get to see until we checked out was the local produce market & ended up spending all our food money at a local supermarket called tommy. It’s annoying because the local market had fresh fish & this is something we really wanted to cook in the apartment but never had that chance. Be aware as well for men on boats with no excursion signage, we were approached by a man on our way to find the market offering to find a mate with good price for a boat ride & ended up getting wrong directions for the local market from him, he had an English accent trying to act Croatian, we felt like that scene in hostel when they were sent with high hopes only to realise it was a set up. Anyway just be aware!!! Overall the hotel is in a good location to the beach, only about a 15-20 min walk. The local beer Ožujsko can be bought in the local Tommy supermarket and for 2 litres it’s less then £2.00. A pint in a bar is 40-50 kuna. 7 kuna is equivalent to €1 euro or 7.65 kuna is equivalent to £1. The exchange is very local to the hotel. The hotel is in a a shopping centre but is relatively quiet & doesn’t alter your experience at the hotel. For 500,000 kuna you can eat for the week = £65 from local supermarket. We booked a day trip through the hotel to Bosnia which cost us about 300 kuna each, we travelled through 4 checkpoints & arrived at the waterfalls at around 11am after setting off from the meeting point at Tommy supermarket. We arrived at Moster, Bosnia where we had 1hr 40mins of free time after a 40min guided tour.. to travel to another country in a day for £45 each we both agreed it was pretty epic! And we really enjoyed Moster.. good vibes and Bosnia is a beautiful country.. check it out.. we walked everywhere however if you want you can get the number 6 bus into the ‘old town’ as it’s named - the city - which is just a only a hop & a skip & your there.. transport such as buses in this case is charged at 15 kuna’s for 1 hour, which means if you stay in town for more then an hour means it’s 30 kuna return to hotel or about £4.. the old town is awesome.. we had 2 beers of Ožujsko for 42 kuna each at Buza Bar which is right on the sea & the view is out of this world.. we found a excursion to hire a boat for 1200 kuna self driven no licence required plus 500 kuna for fuel so don’t pay more if you can help it.. we didn’t have a chance to get a boat but as time ran out but there’s loads of islands locally you can boat it to and explore on your own or on captained tours.. ice cream in the old city is 80 kuna or 10 euros compared with 50 cents in Moster - crazy prices.. pastry’s & bakery’s are all over Croatia & are awesome, there’s one bakery almost on the the door step of the hotel that we went to daily & prices are reasonable for excellent quality bread & pastries. The spot around the hotel is great as it has local produce market, hills & marina, good distance to beach & within easy reach of the town.. the sea view room had its own balcony which is absolutely breathtaking. The rooms have all you need & a your own kitchen.. The airport is relatively close to the airport and not more then a 35 minute transfer.. The housekeeping is A+ and they were always smiling and happy to assist and nothing was too much trouble. Checking in and out was smooth and general dealing with staff both on email before hand & face to face was prompt and informative. This hotel should be 5* and they let themselves down with us for very simple reasons.. 1.Small details ie:finishing touches.. & 2.Making us believe when we booked we would get a sea view, only to discover we would not get a sea view but rather a street view with very grubby windows. The air conditioner would not work after 12pm and the hot water ran out half way through my wife’s showers.. I noticed the cap from the fire alarm wasn’t on & generally minor finishing touches that you expect to accompany 4-5 star hotels. I know this hotel is 4 star but with a little thought it could be 5* in the future.

Really good location overlooking the marina where you can catch ferries to various islands. Only a 25 minute walk to the old city. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance where all the food was good. We were in room 14 which had a smaller terrace but this didn't affect the view. Apartment was lovely and clean, lovely decor, plenty of room and a good sized bathroom. Staff were exceptionally friendly, very helpful with information, couldn't do enough for you. Unfortunately we left our set of car/house keys behind, and after contacting them they posted them to us which we really appreciated!
