No refridgerator in room, excellent lightning in bathroom, although bathroom can be more upholstered. My room did not have balcony, but it was very quiet. Rooms with balcony face road. Beds are comfortable, - 2 single bed put together - no queen or king size in hotel. Breakfast is rich.

+ Very nice staff - especially the receptionist Stjepan and the waitress Sonja 🙂 My room 205 was clean, I didn't have any problems with the bathroom,. Everything was ok with wi-fi speed - 29,3 Mb/s of download, 23,3 Mb/s of upload (October 4, 2022). There are really delicious buffet breakfasts and dinners, right at the reception it is possible to change currency at a very favorable rate as well as buy tickets for Dubrovnik public transport. You can get to the historical center in 15-20 minutes by bus nr 6 from a stop nearby the hotel, to get to the bus station (which is located nearby the passenger harbor) I used taxi and got there in 10 minutes. - Only one thing - I wanted a room with a lager bed and booked a room with a double bed for one person. The double bed consisted of two single beds which were just moved close to each other, without one big mattress pad on them, so if I wanted to lay on the middle, the beds just moved apart. But generally, for me it was not too significant 🙂

If you drive to Dubrovnik this is the ideal place to stay since there are plenty parking spaces offered by the hotel to its guests. This is something you should appreciate more since Dubrovnik is a really hard place to park your car. 150 m from the hotel's entrance there is a bus stop where you can get the bus No 6 and find yourself at the gate of the Old Town within 10 minutes. Hotel's staff gentle and helpful, you can also buy the bus tickets from the receiptionist. Breakfast nice and adequate, good coffee. The staff in the breakfast room polite and really helpful. Spacy rooms and average bed and mattresses. Rooms in front have some noise not so annoying. The hotel is seasonal, it closes the winter, so the prices offered are better than other hotels in the region, so the the value for money is high.. I would stay again in this hotel if I visited Dubrovnik in the future.

Excellent stay. Perfect breakfast. Dinner was a special offer included in the price and was tasty. Helpful staff and polite. Rooms in front of the main road were noisy, but if you prefer back rooms no noise. Room not very good cleaning, i found long hair from other guests in the sheets and at the towels. Bus station very close, every 15 minutes a bus goes at old city dubrovnik. Very good value for the money. Good price.

This is a well managed hotel with helpful and “ on the ball” front desk staff especially the extremely kind efficient lady on night shift Oct.06. Delicious dinner buffet, easy and efficient air conditioning and just a few hundred meters from 15 kuna ( though driver will make small change) #6 bus 7 minutes at most to Old Town ( or 40 minute walk). Recommended,

The hotel location allows to enjoy the nice restaurants in the new city, just walking distance from the busy pedestrian area with many options for all type of food. At the same time, it's just a short trip by bus to the old city, riding the bus is worry free but ensure to buy their tickets in advance ($1). The rooms are spacious with a well maintained bathroom and nice shower. Breakfast is generous with so many options to start the day. Hotel's staff members are friendly, just have patience with the check in process due to the passport control requirements, it may take a little longer than usual.

I am just arrived from three nights stay at hotel ivka. Hotel is cca 3 km from old town. Rooms are spacious, good bed for sleeping and balcony with chairs and table. Hotel are on the street so could be noisy. Toilet are spacious with shower. Wifi is fast and air con very efficient. You have maid every day for cleaning and makes bed. Only one con is that is no fridge in room. We have halfboard and it is worth for money. Breakfast is very generous with big chioce of top quality cheese, salami, prosciutto, sausages...big choice of marmalade, eggs, paistry, and fresh fruit...so for five. Dinner is very good with fish, meat and local specialities worth more then three stars. There is few park place in front hotel, and big garage below so there is no problem for cars, and it is free. Bus number 6 take you for 15 kunas in 10 min to city centar and bus stop is 100 m from hotel. Staff is so kind and helpful. So if you not looking for luxury hotel my opinion is that hotel ivka is best pick in dubrovnik

The receptionists seemed a bit overwhelmed and what appeared to be the manager on duty was a bit unsure of how she could help a large group checking in. The hotel room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. It’s a shame that the hotel doesn’t rent out beach towels. Good location in Lapad.

The hotel was spotless. Breakfast was great. Plenary of choice. Lovely air con rooms and cleaned everyday. 5 mins from bustop to old town. 10 minute walk from beach. 10 min walk to harbour. Supermarkets nearby. Staff were so delightful especially ivanna on reception. So helpful actually couldn’t do enough. I would 100% recommend. I can’t remember the name of the man at reception too but he was so helpful when our transport was late. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
