Special place. Basic but comfortable and lovely view. Wonderful, generous host who went out of their way to help us with early check in and late check out. Gave as a lovely pot of hot coffee on arrival. Highly recommend.

We could not of asked for better hosts, very much wanting to please. Apartment very clean, towels and bedding changed often. We were in ground floor apartment which restricted views but very private. You need to be fit to stay here due to lots of steps to street level but you also need to be very fit to stay in dubrovnik due to the steepness of the old town. We walked down and got taxi back. Wonderful holiday would certainly come back

We had a great time staying at Sipa Apartments but as Apartment C is the only apartment available to book through TUI the photos currently available showing the limited view from this apartment are misleading. The owners enjoy their garden and have allowed the trees and plants to flourish restricting the view a lot more than the current photos show. I have uploaded the views you now get which shows there is no view of Dubrovnik old town. Another issue that TUI do not tell you is that parking at Sipa Apartments is 20 Euros per day which is made clear on other booking sites but not on Tripadvisor or TUI's website. As the owners told us no where in Dubrovnik is free and parking anywhere is varying degrees of expensive, for example we parked near the old town and it cost 10 Euros an hour.

Stayed at Sipa apartments,, nice apartment, clean and tidy and supplied every thing we needed plus the lovely couple who owned them gave us bread milk tea cofee wine beer etc when we arrived. We had booked with Tui so we in the bottom apartment down two flights of stairs and limited sea view with small garden in front of the balcony and view of Lokrun Island, lovely It took us15minuites walk down the steps to get to city centre about 20 minuites to walk back up unless we stopped in the Bikers Bar for a beer ( half the price compare to city centre) Dubrovnic is fantastic with plenty to do, walk round the wall, cable car ,Locrun Island with Game of Thrones, throne ,lots of tours like Mostar and Plitvice Lakes and relaxing on the beach. overall had a fantastic holiday

In this city of steps it's just a question of how many. Our apartment was high enough for an unbelievable view of the old town and 180° across the bay - yet still only 10 minute walk to town. You can spend hours watching the many different boating and canoeing activities on the bay while sipping an excellent local wine or beer kindly provided by our generous host. Few minutes from local corner shop. It is also easy to find and has accessible parking which means a great deal in these cramped streets. It was also in just the right spot to get to and from the airport without traversing old town traffic which is mostly gridlocked during the day. Our hosts went above and beyond to make our stay a memory of a lifetime.

Stayed for 5 days in the 1 bedroom apartment which was perfect for the 2 of us and was actually a bit larger than it looked in the pictures. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. You are about 15 minutes walk from the old town and there is a small supermarket 5 minutes away. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should, but the highlight are the views which are spectacular with our balcony getting the sun all afternoon it was a great place to sit early evening with a glass of wine.

15 to 20 mins walk from the old town, Sipa apartments had everything needed. Really comfortable bed, all amenities you possibly need and the views were amazing. We caught the shuttle bus from the airport to Pile Gate which was really easy and followed Google to the apartments, which did lead us to the bottom of a really steep set of steps (these are everywhere in Dubrovnik btw), phoned hosts who very courteously collected us in their car and showed us the easier way. The road to the apartments is a steady climb but, no real problem, we're a 60 year old couple and did the walk, along with many other long walks, many times a day. We were greeted with, cake, red wine, milk, fruit juice and we were even given a cold beer each, which was very much appreciated. Wifi was excellent and there was always hot water and towels changed regularly. We really couldn't fault our stay at Sipa and are really missing the breathtaking views. We Would love to return and like to thank our hosts for making our stay in Dubrovnik a very happy one.

We spent as a couple 4 nights at the Sipa Apartments. What is outstanding is the view. We were in Apartment B, but I think Apartment E would be even better. We made the mistake to book through Booking.com because we got an apartment for four although we were only 2 people. Although I tried to correct it via Booking.com it was not possible. I would advise to book through the Sipa Apartment website directly. The apartment was clean and we had two terraces both with a stunning view on the old town and on the sea. It takes about a 15 minutes walk to reach the old town. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen and laundry machine.

My partner and I stayed here for a week which was for my 30th Birthday. My partner had booked through Tui and even though our experience with Tui was not great our stay couldn’t have been made more comfortable by our wonderful hosts. We had the ground floor apartment which didn’t offer the best view as it was restricted by trees and the building in front but we made the most of it and were not overlooked by anyone which was nice. Our hosts were wonderful bringing us fresh fruit from their garden and other items. The apartment is around 20 minutes from the old town, although it is further up the hillside and so there is either walking up or down the hill via the slope or via the many many steps. We found that the walk via the road was better than the steps. There are local shops nearby for groceries and the apartment does have things to cook with but we did find some things missing such a oven racks or baking trays which made the the overnight unusable. Towels are provided and they couldn’t have done more to make our stay the best possible. Would highly recommend staying here, although would recommend going through them directly rather than through Tui. Would definitely go back.
