The hotel is on the other side of Dubrovnik from the Airport so to avoid hassle with luggage a taxi is certainly the overall better alternative to public transport. As far as taxi cost is concerned, it was part of our holiday package so unknown. Have you contacted the Hotel? We found them most helpful.
