Pleasant holiday, good location, rather small bathroom. Basic self catering equipment (no toaster or oven) Great plunge pool but NO Parasols/ sun protection. Clean and reasonably comfortable accommodation. Can be noisy first thing from people talking/shouting near reception and road noise - we were on top floor. Great view from balcony of cruise ships coming into port. Need to be fit to keep walking up and down the hill.

Everything about this villa is amazing, we stayed in the deluxe apartment which met every need and was so clean and well maintained. The view was great and the pool was clean and lovely. The staffare so friendly and very helpful. I 100% recommend this villa to everyone who's looking for a place to call home while visiting Croatia. We are looking to return again in the future it's that good. The beds were so comfortable and the Aircon is beautiful especially in August.

This is a lovely, quiet place to stay, 100 meters from the bus stop and 10 minutes walk from a sea side strip full of restaurants and a beach. The infinity pool on the roof has amazing views of the sea and the surrounding islands, with options to either lie on sunbeds in the sun, or sit at a table and chairs under a roof in the shade. The availability of clean bathrooms by the pool is very convenient. Ivo and his wife are lovely. After collecting us from the airport, we were greeted on arrival with the option of a glass of homemade brandy and some sweet treats. Ivo, the owner was very helpful throughout our stay, organizing day trips for us and letting us wait to pay until the end of our stay. The only downside is that the villa is located on a hill, and with the heat during the day it can be a bit tricky walking back, especially for anyone with mobility issues, but it is not too extreme. The Old Town was not within walking distance, but Uber’s and taxis are readily available, and can get you there within fifteen minutes. I would really recommend Villa Antea if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay in order to explore Dubrovnik. I look forward to returning!

The apartment is clean, spacious and situated at a perfect location. The bus stop is 2 min walk from the apartments and busses run frequently into town. There is a large rooftop sun terrace with a pool and the apartment had a large balcony with great views. Communication was good with the owner but a little tricky with the hosts on site as their English was limited. My only point of improvement is the information folder in the room which needs updating. Bus times mentioned are incorrect, and it mentions daily cleaning. This did not happen on any of the days. We did not need it, but as it is mentioned the folder could do with some updating.

Great apartment, with large balcony . Pool is an amazing infinity pool with fabulous sunset views . host Antum really helpful with info about resort and getting around . Location 5-10 walk from sunset beach strip of restaurants leading to lovely beach . The walk is down hill but not too bad , little harder back up but nothing too strenuous . Easy bus access to Dubrovnik old town right by apartments . Would definitely recommend this accommodation. Had an amazing time

I booked this accommodation by mistake in the midst of a total fiasco, Montenegro had just been put on a red list and I was having to cross a border to catch the only flight back to the UK in time. In the process of having so many tabs open I accidentally confirmed a booking with this hotel. I didn’t notice until I saw the confirmation email, I cancelled within 30 minutes & when I emailed the hotel and explained that myself and my Mum were extremely stressed and upset & had booked my mistake and could they please process a refund for me, as it was clearly a mistake (I cancelled within minutes) they said they wouldn’t refund anything and took the full £200 for the booking, not even a partial refund was given to us. I explained we’d just had to spend almost £1000 on flights to get home in time & that I’d really appreciate them refunding me some of the booking, since I hadn’t inconvenienced them in any way and the room was available again straight away for them to make money on a new booking, they flat out refused to help me and my mum in a time of high distress. Felt like they truly capitalised on our mistake & I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t refund even half? I would understand if they had been inconvenienced or if I’d have cancelled the day before or left it 2/3 days before cancelling, but I cancelled instantly. They showed absolutely no flexibility at all, just a free £200 for them. Booking.com tried to contact them several times to support me and my mum and explained the context to them & that it was an instant cancellation and could they not make an exception but the hotel stood firm and took our money anyway. Seemed totally heartless given the context of why I was asking for their help. So on top of a huge red list deadline bill to get home, we had a hotel take £200 off us for the sake of an accidental confirmation booking. A proper kick when we were really down. Would never book through booking.com again and certainly would never go to this hotel, it says a lot about how they treat their customers.

Let's start with some positives.. The rooftop pool is lovely and the views is amazing. The pool could be cleaner though. Now on to the negatives: Which are quite a few.. The owner or at least the man who seems to be there most of the time is a character. Basil Fawlty came to mind. He was very dismissive and condescending. Yelling at us and hunting us down for money for transportation back to the airport, as if we were trying to avoid payment.. The transportation hadn't happened yet and he had our passport so I am not sure what he was so panicked about. 1 key per appartment.. No apologies for messing up the booking. Constantly commenting on our clothes and appearances. Overall a bad experience.. Wouldn't stay again..

The first 10 minutes were taken up by the host explaining why the room looked nothing like the pictures advertised. The pool had a good view but was filthy. The rooms are overlooked by the villa which has been built in front of it. The 5 minute walk to the beach is 15/20 mins ,up hill all the way back( no buses). The sister hotel has a sign saying the pool is for guests only and you have to show your room card to get a towel. We did not try but asked host who said we we tourists and would not be pulled!!. The guests next to us complained about the fire alarm constantly going off, they said they could not fix it so the owner ripped it off!I did not see this but believe it. I paid 300 kuna for a transfer to the airport and asked for a receipt and contact number repeatedly, only to be told don't worry about it. It did turn up thankfully. This villa has seen better days.Dated rooms, dirty pool, none of the rooms were cleaned during stay but we were given clean towels and sheets. Poor location and all the guests were going to complain to the travel company.I do not complain but will make an exception for this place.

We got a very warm welcome from “Borko” I believe his name is who was absolutely fantastic throughout the week! Helped with any of our needs from asking questions to ordering us some pizza after a long day out on a trip! The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. It wasn’t the apartment as advertised exactly but still happy with it! Good view from the balcony. Cleaners always in making sure we had towels and toilet paper and even cleaned our pots one day! The pool was great nice and cool after a hot day and an AMAZING view! We had a slight ant problem but nothing major! In a great location for the town only a 10/15 min bus ride at only 15 kuna each way or you can buy a day pass for 30 kuna per person. Perfect location for Lapad area which is lovely for a meal and a drink in evening.
