Tried to cancel a booking via email. Emails bounced for several weeks. Found a different email address on their Web site. That bounced too. Last email went through. Then got charged nearly €500 for a no show and they swore they had no email problems. Since I deleted my original cancellation email and could not retrieve from Trash because Gmail... More

Pucic Palace We stayed here for two nights when in Dubrovnik and the hotel staff were absolutely incredible. The location is perfect, right in side the walls of the old city (Grad), and a moment's walk away from everything you will want to see. The daily market is directly outside the hotel's door. The best part is the wonderful, warm,... More

We were very disappointed. Our room was not 4 stars. The bed cover consisted of a dirty blanket. The sheet was too small for the bed. There was little hot water for two of us to take a shower. The hotel manager admitted that the hot water tank was very small and we needed to take a sponge bath. Also,... More

On our first evening in the beautiful Old City in Dubrovnik we came across Define which is linked to The Pucic Palace. We chose to eat on the terrace as it was a lovely sunny evening. The food and service were both of a very high standard with Croatian and Mediterranean cuisine on offer. Tried the local Postup wine which... More

We were indeed fortunate to research thoroughly tripadvisor and its collection of hotels and to then choose The Pucic Palace for our 4 night stay. This hotel was wrapped in history and extremely well worth the money. We stayed in the Junior Suite with a balcony overlooking the square with its bubble of farmers market stalls. The hotel has 3... We were drawn in to the restaurant as it had a terrace above the busy narrow streets below. We weren't aware it was part of the hotel and wine bar. However, we were shown to our table and it gave the impression of quality. We weren't disappointed, the service and food were excellent. I had the scallops for starters which,... More

We stayed two nights at the Pucic Palace as part as part of a longer holiday in Croatia and Italy. The hotel is excellent at helping you and your luggage arrive at your destination - a porter met us at one of the gates to the old city and escorted us. The hotel is stylish and cool with helpful and... More

We ad a nice meal at the Pucic Palace in Dubrovnik. We had a large bowl of Mussels Buzac between us (about £9) for a starter. There were quite a few closed ones which, obviously, we did not eat. When we mentioned this to the waitress she talked to the chef and we got a second dish full free, which... More

This is a beautiful hotel bang in the middle of old town. Its famous and everyone knows about it, so its easy to find directions. The staff was very friendly, helpful and easy check in and transactions. Must stay here. Everything is a 5 minute walk and beautiful walk. Although it is in the middle of busy streets, there is...
