Perfect localtion if you are not afraid about the climbing a lot of stairs. Room was clean and comfort with perfect view over the City. The owners were very kind and helpful. We had a nice week in this restfull hotel.
We stayed here for a weekend break at the end of July. The house has three (I think) rooms, which share a kitchen. Our room was en suite. The room was comfortable, with a sea view. There is a powerful air conditioner, though we tried as far as possible just to leave the windows open instead of using it. The shower-room is compact but well designed, with hot water quickly available at all times. The shared kitchen is very well equipped - unlike most apartment kitchens, it has pretty much everything you would have in your own kitchen. A really nice touch is that the owners provide coffee for the machine (I'm not keen on capsule coffee machines, but it probably makes sense in a shared kitchen) - for us coffee addicts, that makes a huge difference :) There is a terrace with tables - and you may get a visit from a tortoise or two. Maria, her mother and her brother (who help her) are exceptionally welcoming and helpful - we were able to get in early, and greeted with a bottle of the family's own wine (which is a robust, fruity and tannic red quite comparable with many of the local wines I had in restaurants). When we left, they kindly kept our bags in the family house next door until our evening flight. A tip if you have not been to Dubrovnik before: it is important to realize that any "street" perpendicular to the shore is most likely a staircase - if you take an "obvious" route from the airport bus-stop, you will be hauling your luggage up a couple of hundred steps. If you have a wheely case, you can avoid most of this by retracing the bus's route a bit to get on to the main road Zagrebačka and walking along that.…
This is a great place to discover Dubrovnik. It is in walking distance to the old town, the room was great with a comfortable bed. The best about this place are the owners who are really lovely people.
luxurious apartment with very helpful manager. Max. 15 min walk to the city center, there is parking. Appreciate your assistance with lost&found traveler bag. Shared big kitchen, all is very clean and practical. Hangers for clothes (especially this with a shape of a tree) in sleeping room is just perfect.
We stayed here as a couple and had a room with an en-suite. The room was great. The location was 20mins walk to the old town, which suited us fine. When we first arrived, Maria was very welcoming and spent time with us recommending which restaurants to visit, and importantly where not to visit! She also organised a guide for us to learn about the old town. Upon arrival she gave us a bottle of her family wine which was great and very kind!
