Absolutely stunned when we arrived beautiful entrance through to patio and pool area then into attractive reception. Our room was spacious immaculately clean with balcony looking on marina and sea. Restaurant and bar staff were excellent friendly and helpful plus food and drinks were very reasonably priced. Pool and sunlounger area was immaculate too with towels supplied. Can't wait to return . The only thing I could say which was negative is the reception staff are far from friendly and abrupt at times to guests.

Friendly staff in all areas, spotless rooms, lovely pool & garden area plus good breakfast choice. Easy walks to a resort beach as well as to quiet coves for idyllic swimming. Fine choice of nearby bistros and restaurants. Plenty to see around the adjoining harbour and a short bus ride - or 30min walk - to the stunning Old Town. This hotel - and Dubrovnik in general - deserves plenty of custom for persisting with providing relaxing, top value, first-class holidays despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic. Would love to return.

I won 2 nights for 2 people with breakfast included due to prize game on radio Dubrovnik/croatian radio. It was fantastic that the date of arrival was not fixed in the game, so we could plan our vacation and discuss the date with the manager. They also gave us free parking place. Hotel is beautiful - very nice room with fantastic bathroom and nice balcony, lovely pool, great breakfast, fantastic rozata cake and lavazza macchiato in a bar. But above all - great staff! Location is also great - 15min coastline walk from beautiful beaches, a couple of bus no. 6 stops from old town. My partner and I loved it so much we decided to stay for one more night. Sorry we couldnt stay longer, looking forward to come again.

We visited Lapad for the last 2 nights of our holiday. A few days before we left Croatia it went on the list for self isolation which is such a shame as the Country needs its tourism and we felt very safe in this part of Croatia. The Hotel is as seen. We arrived early but the Hotel got our rooms ready and we were made very welcome. The pool is lovely and we made a lot of use of it. It’s a short walk to the promenade where you walk along the coastline and find numerous beaches. Whilst pleasant-it is hot and any walk in such heat can be tiring. The beaches are very busy and there wasn’t really anywhere to leave anything so bear this in mind and leave valuables behind. Whilst some people have mentioned the road - it was so quiet when we were there this wasn’t a problem at all- indeed due to COVID, everywhere was very quiet. The Hotel took its COVID precautions seriously and the staff behaved with professionalism. The breakfast was really good - freshly made eggs and omelettes. We had 2 basic rooms which were just fine for us with good air conditioning - a must in the middle of summer. Hotel Lapad is in a lovely area with walks nearby and close enough to visit all the sites. The history of the Hotel is great- the staff there knew it’s history and were enthusiastic to share it . We had a great last 2 nights and have fallen in love with this beautiful Country and the people.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I'm Muslim and the kitchen staff made sure that my omlet was prepared separately in the kitchen at breakfast. Room and view from balcony very nice and clean. The cleaning staff was also extremely friendly. Felt welcome indeed.
