We stayed at this hotel for three nights. It was mainly clean apart from our bathroom which had an exposed, and quite dangerous and yucky drainage hole in the middle of the floor. Bed was comfortable, but a second pillow would have been good. It was quiet apart from noise coming from the adjoining room through our bathroom. Breakfast was...

We have just returned from our second stay at Hotel Komodor this is a lovely little hotel near Lapad beach. On this trip we asked for top floor beach view with balcony we got our requested room but it was on the corner with limited view. On our second day we met Mario the hotel receptionist who remembered us from...

After spending 2 nights in a shocking hotel on the beach it was wonderful to arrive at the Komodor. I was in a sea facing room with the most beautiful view of the sea and to the right – the bay. The rooms are a bit old and tired but very comfortable and most importantly quiet. It is really easy...

I chose this hotel as a Groupon deal, it is definitely a budget hotel, slightly dated however if your looking for somewhere to stay on the cheap this hotel is clean and comfortable. It is located with a bus stop into town just around the corner. At the end of the road there is a promenade with several bars and...

I stayed at the Hotel Komodor for a week in October and it was very pleasant. The hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms clean. The food was typical continental for breakfast and a good meat choice for dinner. The hotel was a ten minute bus ride from the city so it was pretty relaxed and quiet.

This hotel needs desperately to be updated. It is more of a 1970's B&B.We booked a superior room with a sea view, which we found hard to see what was superior. The hotel is situated across a busy road from the beach but our view was of trees, with a sliver of the sea view through them. The room was...

This hotel is basic but its a 3 star, spotlessly clean, great location, short walk to beach, bus stop with regular busses to the old town, perfect! Could do with a fridge in room, and it would be ideal if there was satelite TV, we aren't the sort to stay out late so were stuck with Croatian TV! I would...

Stayed for a week in late October16 . First room given dreadfully small to single beds but so small not a proper size single bed. So changed rooms with no problem give a room with a king size bed. Bathroom in both rooms exceptionally small , tiny showers. Nice bar reasonable prices but they did run out of local beer...

Hotel is well located; short stroll to beach and strip for bars and restaurants. Bus number 4, takes you into the old town. Bus stop is just round the corner and takes 15 minutes max and stops right outside Pile Gate. It's much cheaper than getting a taxi. Room was okay, clean, functional with a nice balcony, adequate for a...
