Hi it depends on what you want - the apartments are in a very peaceful village but it is not far from Dubrovnik. We had a car but we did not use it to get into town as the parking was very expensive. It is really easy to get into town on the local bus and it only cost 15 kuna the bus takes around 20 minutes and runs until 22.30 after that you would have to get a taxi which costs around 100-150kuna.
