I was so relieved to stay at Villa Sigurata, Nikolina my host made me feel so welcome. The villa is centrally located in the heart of the Old Town and my beautiful host even helped me get my washing done.

Highly recommend. Luggage storage, late check out can also be organised.

Villa Sigurata is located right in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik, right off the main pedestrian street (Stradun). When I arrived at the Pile Gate by taxi, the proprietor (Romana) met me and walked me to the hotel. My room was charming with exposed stone walls and a wood beamed ceiling. Romana was extremely helpful for the two nights I stayed there. She recommended a couple of amazing restaurants, told me which ATMs had the best rates, and even let me have late check-out. The hotel is extremely clean and she follows all of the Covid protocols, too. It felt like a home away from home -- I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be in the Old Town, next to all of the sights.

I really enjoyed my stay and would certainly recommend this place to others. It was in a great location, the rooms are very clean and as a solo traveller, I felt incredibly safe. Nikolina was just brilliant and goes out of her way to make everyone feel very welcome. She arranged my taxi from and to the airport, gave me lots of tips for the city and always asked if there was anything I needed whenever she saw me. My trip was hassle free and very relaxing.

Stayed a few nights during a short trip to Dubrovnik.

A little tricky to find, but I think most places in old city might be, all those narrow windy alleys. Well located, everything in the walls is close. Quiet area. The building has character, with its exposed rock walls and ceiling beams. Good sized room, had a mini fridge. The air conditioner worked but it didn't really cool, if anything it just made it more humid? It was starting to get rather toasty in Dubrovnik, so I did feel that a little. Bed was a little hard for me, but that is personal preference.

Nikolina was very friendly and helpful, the kitchen on the ground floor had tea and coffee available to make. There were always suitcases, so it seems they would store luggage for people after checkout, which is a nice touch.

Reasonable rates. If I return to Dubrovnik I would want to be on a beach, otherwise I would consider staying again.

Me and my brother had two rooms at the top floor of this hotel for three nights, Thursday to Sunday. And I must say that this hotel has perfect for us.
The rooms were verry cool due to a quiet A/C even though it was 32 degrees outside all days we were there. It got beautiful stone walls and a verry cool look that matches this old town.
It’s location inside the old town walls is perfect. Verry close to all restaurants and museums.
The hotel offers transportations from and to the airport for a small fee.
Nikolina who runs the hotel came and met us outside the walls when the transportation arrived since the cars aren’t allowed to be inside. She followed us all the way to the hotel and showed us places of interest on the way. Thanks for all the help and service we received from you.
I can really recommend this hotel.

We organised a transfer with Nikolinas husband from the airport. The easiest way to get there. Nikolona met us at the drop off point and took us to the hotel. Not too far and Dubrovnik is lovely. Close to a nearby market, convenience store, harbour front and restaurants. Its really a good location. Nikolina is lovely and friendly, rooms are cute and comfortable although bathrooms a little small. We stayed on the first floor in a slightly larger room. There are only stairs, though, so you need to be able to climb them unless u book a ground floor room. We stayed in the stulina 4 hotel, there is another one I think. There is some tea and coffee available in the room with extra tea and coffee options in the breakfast room. For extra, laundry can be done and it was returned to the room all nicely folded. Would recommend this place!

This is a lovely little place about 100m from the Cathedral in a quiet alley that no one really uses which is incredible when the Main Street is so close and busy.
It is a lovely old intimate place. We had room 5 and the bathroom was quite narrow but very well appointed and comfortable.

We slept well here which was a pleasure after all that walking!

Nikolina is superb, provided us with beach towels on request and helped arrange the cab which made the trip longer as this transfer was so quick and stress free.

Being so close to the centre, come 1830 when all the cruise people leave you get to have the Dubrovnik at its best and it turns in to a lovely chilled out place. We went in October and July/August could be busier.

Would recommend 👍🏻

Stayed here for three nights and couldn’t have been better! We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Sigurata. Nikolina was very accommodating and helped make our first trip to Dubrovnik a success. Her recommendations on what to do and where to eat were excellent. The room was clean, Wi-Fi worked great, and the location was quiet. Great deal for the cost!

Stayed six nights with the family (two rooms). Perfect location in close proximity to all the main sights. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well laid out and had absolutely everything we needed. An older building (as they all are) that has been tastefully converted and retained its original character. The owners, Nikolina and Luca, could not have been more hospitable and nothing was too much trouble for them. One of the very best places that I have ever stayed at and was genuinely upset to leave.. Thank you.

Great location in the old town - hard to find up a quiet side street. Clean room and friendly and helpful host. Would recommend to anyone. Wifi connection is best downstairs in the reception/kitchen area.

I agree with passenger 617.... you will be well looked after at Villa Sigurata. I would contact them regarding check in times and your possible room .

It’s easy. The taxi, bus or coach will drop you just outside the main gate in the city walls (there is no traffic allowed inside the old city). Then you simply walk through the gate and walk about 50 or so metres down the main street (Stradun) and turn right into Cubranoviceva street and it’s about 40 metres down the street on the left. Dragging suitcases is not a problem as it is pretty flat. Should take you about 5 minutes to get there. I have assumed that you are staying in Cubranoviceva rooms, which is where we stayed. However the other two are also reasonably close to the main gate and easy to get to although they may involve an uphill walk!
