Awful experience here. I wouldn't go back if it was free. We were made to feel like criminals and it ruined the last day of our amazing holiday to croatia. I do not like leaving any sort of bad reviews but the way they made us feel I cant not write about our experience. We booked through hotels dot com....

Stayed here on 15th October for one week we had 2 rooms one for 2 adults and 2 children and one for one adult. The owner Petar greeted us from our taxi at 10.45pm and gave us a guided tour of the apartment and information about the area which really helped as we have never been before. The rooms are...

Hmmm... So we stayed here for two nights in September 2016. We partly chose Villa Katarina over other accommodation because it has a swimming pool. However, when we arrived the pool was drained..and remained that way for our stay. Disappointing. The service wasn't great. Not a very "friendly welcome.." We didn't even feel comfortable to ask about the pool as...

I stayed here with my husband and 3 year old from 24th September to 1st October on the second floor. Apartment was decent size and the view was breath taking across Lapad. We had an issue with the shower which was promptly resolved and the owner was friendly and accommodating. To get down to the local beach doesn't take more...

I stayed for a week with my family, we occupied four of the apartments. The top two floors had a very nice view of the beach. They all were very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The pool was great for the little kids. The owners were very nice and welcoming. The location was great as it was just a few...

Stayed in the nice apartment on the top for a week. Nice View from the terrace, but unfortunately not sunset View. Comfy bed but the sofa in the livingroom was not really good to use as a bed. The apartment was clean but since there were no cleaning products we missed more cleaning of the apartment during the week. Laundry...

I enjoyed the location of the apartments however there are a lot of steps- not recommended for disabled access. The apartment was comfortable and we also had our laundry washed for free which was great. There is a small pool but no towels are provided for pool use (this would have been handy for us as we were on a...

We had a lovely stay at Villa Katarina. The balcony and view were wonderful. The rooms were clean and well kept. We found staying in Lapad worked out really well as there are lots of very good restaurants in this area, the old town is only a ten minute bus ride away (after the ten minute walk to the bus...

The place was fantastic, had modern, up to date amenities nice swimming pool for the kids to splash around. We had a good holiday. We were four families together. However the accessibility is a nightmare, and you are not aware of this till you get there - when it's a bit late. You must drive a manual car , automatic...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
An imposing architectural structure shelters within it an oasis of peace and luxury where the style is acutely modern, but classic Dalmatian values are still maintained. Its concept combines a clear design with attention to details that cross the lines between the warmth of a home and the comfort of an elegant accommodation. Several delightful beaches, sea-side promenades, and bustling cafes are within walking distance of Villa Katarina, but its location just on the border of a green zone makes it also a place to capture moments of peace and rediscover the simple pleasures of sea, air, and time in an exclusive atmosphere of beauty. Each of the 7 self-catering apartments has floor-to-ceiling windows which lead to terraces with spectacular Adriatic views. ... more   less
