A really great hotel experience and top notch service! If you are in the area or planning a trip there make sure to book with one of the Royal (Importanne) brand hotels. Dubrovnik settings along with these hotels make for a beautiful sight.
I truly appreciated my stay in this hotel. It is situated in a beautiful surrounding nature and it possesses the true legacy, taste, style and comfort. The location is wonderful and even the views of the stunning Elaphiti islands. The facilities are excellent, all the services are impeccable, the staff is super professional and attentive, the breakfast is generous, various, beautifully served. Delivery of the food with the room service was fast, menu was extensive and the food was delicious. I stayed with a small child and I was given all the possible support. Exquisite experience.
After all this global pandemic event in 2020, my wife and I stayed for 3 days in Royal Blue hotel on third floor. Service in hotel was five stars. Mindblowing. We tryed home made specials in restaurant Zoe, and light lunch choices in Vista. Both of selected dishes were very good and fresh. We did chat with a pleasent girl that we found in the lobby of Blue, a part of guest relation team, Loretta. Althought most of the restaurants and cultural sights were still closed in the old city part she did helped us a lot and made some excellent and unique hidden places that we can quickly see. She really did made our last perfectly fulfilled. Thank you all guys.
We came early for a conference and were glad we did. Stayed in Royal Blue w/ stellar views, exquisite room, attentive/friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Convenient direct bus connection to Old Town. Will come back next year!
Unfortunately experience of staying in this hotel was awful. I was staying as part of business trip and was very disappointed with the hotel, which is definitely not even close to 5 stars. The reception staff did not write an invoice on the company name, when I asked to change - they said it will take them 1 hour to do so and they don't have time (reception was empty and guy preferred to chat and joke with his colleague instead of attending to my invoice). Ok, I have asked to do it later and send by e-mail. Despite 3 reminders, no changes done, not even response from hotel till now (2 weeks passed). Breakfast experience was very poor - small room, you have to ask staff to bring you spoons, because they are never put just to take, coffee/tea - you have to ask in one small corner, etc. etc. To get beach towels you need to search them across hotel in bars - some have them, some not. Smb. removed my towel from my hotel room and did not replace it - good at least they did not charge me, when I needed to go to reception to ask for another towel card. Will never ever return again or recommend this to anyone.…
