Let me start by saying if you like to be controlled and live under rules and constant supervision then go ahead and book it. If obviously not, please continue reading. :) The apartment is in a great location there’s no arguing in that. Super close to everything but far enough from the noises too. The disappointing experience was very much created by the owner. Rude. Showed us the place and basically said “I can already tell you girls are trouble.” (He was not joking). Apparently being on holiday with your girlfriends automatically meant we would bring boys home. He then proceeded to point out where all the cameras were which made us very uncomfortable. Felt like there would be cameras inside the apt too. Plus there was a table outside with 4 chairs, he decided to remove and only leave the exact amount of chairs we needed to ensure we do not bring anyone. Same as other reviews where we were asked to not open windows and not make any noises coming in. If I’m honest, the owner is not much different to a prison guard. We were monitored at all times as owner lived next door. The experience was just horrible, never had so many rules in one tiny apartment. Made our holiday less relaxing.

Our apartment is spacious and clean. We have an outdoor spot but doesn't look like that pic. Have a garden and fruit trees. Very nice. Host is a hoot. BOZO but pronounced Bozho. He doesn't care! Washing machine a gift from God after a week on a small boat. Clothes lines more than adequate. AC is a gift from God ditto the ceiling fan in the bedroom. We have been a week on a small, hot boat!!! If we were to return, we would return here as well.

We visited Dubrovnik in June 2018 -3 adults n 2 children (aged 12 and 7) and stayed in the apt.It was a clean and comfortable apt.in a quiet area with a supermarket at a 2 minute walking distance and easy and frequent bus accessibility to the old town n good eating places in the vicinity. But a few changes will add more value to the place. There are 2 bathrooms which are very tiny ,a big built person will have problems getting into the shower cubicle ! Hot water finishes fast n one has to wait to take a shower. Bozo , the owner, is very helpful but is paranoid about doors banging n can make an issue . A simple door stopper can solve the problem. And he is a stickler for time.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a two bedroom apartment with 3 adults and 2 children under 3. Our first interaction with the owner was not pleasant and did not get any better through out our stay. He was annoyed to see the children, asked for them not to touch any walls as the cleaning is too much as he just had to clean up after the last people had a small child who put chocolate fingers everywhere. We needed a cot for one of the babies, as requested in our booking, but the owner didn't have a cot ready and had to race around to friends to find a cot for us. The bathrooms are ridiculously tiny. Not sure why they have made it into two tiny bathrooms as one larger bathroom would be much better. Hot water was not available. We had one hot shower for one person during the length of our stay. The owner was also very aggressive about the not having a door and window open at the same time due to the interior door then being slammed shut with wind. A simple door stop would solve he issue rather than aggressively talking to your customer about not allowing air flow through the apartment. The owner was at our door at 9:55 on the day of check out pacing waiting for us to leave (check out was 10am) I would not recommend this place to anyone. We requested a full refund through our travel agent back in Australia within an hour of being here. If it wasn't such a hassle for us to pack all of our thing back up again and move to another accommodation, we would have only stayed here one night. This was the only accommodation we were unhappy with during a 4 week holiday through Croatia and other parts Europe.

The apartment for the six of us was perfect. 2 spacious bedrooms and a double sofa bed with very comfortable, expensive bedding/mattresses. The amenities were fine, the shower was skin shreddingly powerful if required and easily controllable if not. The location is perfect for lapad centre (10 mins walk) copacabana beach (10 mins) and the bus stops are very close . The local restaurants are superb, Matroska?(the closest one) being a particular highlight. Bozo, the owner, and his family are very helpful and friendly and he will do anything to accommodate your needs. All on all, a perfect base for exploring beautiful Dubrovnik.

Beautiful apartment (Rijeka st) with the most lovely lady living downstairs who changed our beds/towels , welcomed us, made us pancakes one eve as a treat and always made sure we were ok. A spacious apartment ideal for a family if 4 . Lovely temperature and all facilities we needed.

We stayed for 2 weeks, the last week in June and 1st week in July 2013. The 2 bed first floor apartment @ 20 Vatroslava Lisinkog is spacious and its location is good. Copacabana beach is a 10 minute walk away, so is Lapad Beach. It is a residential area with no noisy bars or restaurants close. A well stocked supermarket 1 min walk. A good choice of restaurants 10 minutes away, as is the bus stop for the old town. We really enjoyed our stay there, however the owner was unreasonable when it came to doors being opened and closed during day time. He worked nights and slept during the day in the apartment above. No tea towels and very little in the form of cleaning equipment was in the apartment, No AC in the bedrooms, otherwise himself and his wife were accommodating.

My husband, 12 year old and 4 year old stayed in the one bedroomed apartment and had plenty of room. The apartment was very nice, clean, air conditioned with everything we needed. the bins were emptied every day and towels and sheets replaced weekly. The owner was lovely and so were his parents who live next door to the apartment. All of them were very helpful and friendly if we needed anything and made us feel very welcome. The apartments are in the nicest area of Lapad ,very near a lovely path around the coast and the nicest beach. Also a short walk to the town and bus stop, and a supermarket 2 minutes away which was fantastic! This area was very quiet in the evenings which suited us perfectly as we like it for the children to get to sleep. If you want pubs and more night life I would stay on the other side of Lapad. This side is much more peaceful. We had an amazing 2 weeks with non stop sunshine and will definitely be coming back .

My family and I stayed at Apartmani Vulicevic in July 2012. We rented the apartment at Rijecka Street, and we had a fantastic time. The apartment is located at Babin Kúk, in a calm naberhood, ca 3km from Old Town. 10 minutes walk to Lapad Beach and Copacabana beach. The apartment was nice and clean. The owner is very sweet, cleans the apartment daily and she lives in the same house downstairs. There was only one thing missing and that was a balcony. Otherwise it was a great apartment!

I rented for 2 days in low season and if I didn't t pay in advance for sure I would have left. The apartment is not a problem, the owner is , very rude , charges for Internet dispite what he advertise on here , you can t even bring wine in your own apartment and his attitude is absolutely horrible comparable to a jail supervisor. Also after he insisted in telling me to pay extreme attention not to make any noise at my arrival , from the above apartment ( where he lives) it was produced so much noise that I couldn't t rest. I would not advise my worst enemy to rent from this man!
