Just back from 5 days in Dubrovnik. Such a beautiful city, warm and friendly people with good food and wine it was just perfect. Family business and found them to be friendly and helpful. Very pleased with our room which had a great view. Had a terrace/veranda -again with a great view. I stayed here for 4 nights. I was told that mine was the smallest of their rooms, but it was a large room by any standards. The accommodation was clean, modern and quiet, the room was en-suite, with air conditioning and TV (with satellite channels). We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is great. Rastko and Slavica are lovely hosts. The room was very comfortable and spacious with skylights so we could hear the rain at night and get a through breeze during the day. This is an excellent guesthouse. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities, including a beautiful bathroom. Don't let the steps put you off, Dubrovnik is full of them and what's more Villa Busovina is totally worth it. It takes between 5-10 minutes to walk from Villa Busovina to the Old Town of Dubrovnik - a perfect central base for Dubrovnik sight-seeing. Villa Busovina itself is a lovely, high-spec guesthouse.
