We stayed here in October 2020 for 3 nights and it was a terrible experience from start to finish. They placed us in one room on the second floor where the sockets didn't work, the fridge was broken (which is needed during the summer), the bathroom door didn't close and there was no storage space. We complained about all of this and they then moved us to a room on the top floor which was at least a little bit more spacious and had working sockets but still no storage space and broken doors. The staff were generally unhelpful and some didn't speak English which didn't help. The WiFi wasn't working at all for the entire trip and we regularly asked them to fix it but they never did. The only good thing about the hotel was the location as it was right in the middle of the city centre. The restaurant itself was nice with a lovely view of the sea and the Dubrovnik walls and they had plenty of options to choose from for dinner but not for breakfast. Because of the poor state of our room, we demanded a discount on our stay and they knocked off a little bit from the price (although nowhere near enough) but they did offer us a free dinner one night which was nice. Overall, would definitely recommend finding somewhere else to stay as nothing in the hotel works and even for the cheap price and good location, it's definitely not worth it.

Honestly a horrible hotel to stay at! They initially put us in Room 8 where the fridge wasn't working, some sockets were broken, the TV wasn't working and the bathroom door didn't close. They switched us to room 11 but the bathroom door still wouldn't close. The hotel had no working Wi-Fi at all. They kept telling us that they would fix it but they never did. The rooms are very small and there aren't even any cupboards to store or hang your clothes - just two small bedside drawers. The beds aren't very comfortable either. The free breakfast included was poor as well. We were told it would be a breakfast buffet but instead it was just someone telling you what is available. The options were very limited and the continental breakfast was simply slices of pork and cheese with bread. Because of all of the above, they gave us a little discount and a free dinner one night which was nice. The only good thing about the hotel is the location (a few minutes walk from the main attractions). Definitely avoid this hotel if you can as nothing seemed to be working and the breakfast was barely a breakfast!

Booked Orhan Rooms for two nights but we only stay one night. Rooms were very outdated and not clean. Mold in Bathroom. Blood on the bed sheet. AT midnight we found bed bugs on the sheet. Disgusting place NEVER back again

You have to go to the Orhan Restaurant to check in which is easy to find. The room was ready early so a plus there and it was a short stroll around the corner. The location is ideal as it is only 3 minutes from Pile Gate. The room is basic to say the least but clean and tidy. The size was adequate and there was aircon if needed. The shower room was a reasonable size. The bed was very comfortable. There is a terrace below to sit out under the stars at the end of the evening if you desire. The down sides were that the tv did not have an aerial so did not work, there are no tea/coffee making facilities and the shower tray did not drain properly after day 2 so you had to keep turning the shower off to let the water drain away before overflowing. This is good for location and if you are using the room only for resting your head at night, well worth the money.

We stayed a few days. We checked in at the restaurant, but the rooms were around the corner. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are dated, but clean. The bonus was a really strong aircon unit. The best part was the view at breakfast - absolutely to die for. Breakfast was served from 8am to 10am and there were hot foods (fried egg, roasted courgettes and peppers, sausages, scrambled egg and ham), cold meats and cheese, cereal and bread rolls. Drinks - coffee/tea and orange juice.

A very small hotel with only a few rooms. Very clean, but some broken parts in the room. A fantastic view for the outdoor breakfast. A quiet corner just outside the overcrowded Dubrovnik old town. A short walk to old town, and also short walk to different “beaches”.

We stayed here for about two night. Very simple room but it does the job. Tucked away in the busy area but quiet enough to stay in and get some rest. If you are going to be out and about all day then this is the perfect toon to just rest. You must go to the restaurant to get your room and things. Pretty close to the water. Just around 1 corner.

This place is right by the small marina where one of the settings of Game of Thrones was filmed. It has a great view of the ocean, rocks, the wall of old city Dubrovnik, and it is right next to the stairs that you can climb up to to the Lovrijenac castle. The restaurant has a great and romantic view. The staffs were extremly helpful and friendly. I stayed for three nights during my visit. The down side i would say, it is the water heater in the room is good for one hot shower, then you will have to wait for a bit before the next person can enjoy a nice hot shower. It is right outside the pile gate so easy access to the old city and the bus terminals. 5 mins walk to the cable car station. I would stay here again when i come back.

You check in around in the restaurant and you are shown where the rooms are which is fine. The rooms are pretty basic, but fine. TV didn’t work, plugs not very safe looking. We had a room which had a bath in it but would only really fit a child in it so that was a bit odd. The restaurant is a 1 min walk around the corner with amazing views. The breakfast set up is nice, however the 3 days we were there is was covered with wasps and flys each day, so only had coffee and some pasties that were covered up. Good location to get around room. If I came back would I stay there again. Doubt it.

...that the new Air Condition is in place. I will surely return if I travel to this splendid town. Friendly staff, good beds, clean rooms and the perfect location for anything. The swimming in the nearby bay is all you'd need.
