Just had a very nice stay at this beautiful hotel. Rooms are great, and the rooftop pool/lounge/jacuzzi area is fantastic with stunning views of the sea, city and mountains. We can highly recommend staying here. It’s located a 15 min walk from the main beaches and 15 min walk from downtown, and has a charming café in front.
Excellent hotel, just out of town, which has its advantages. Lovely bright room with good sized balcony, separated from next door by a rail with climbing plants. We had a harbour view. Excellent internet with plenty of plugs for charging. Lots of coat hangers. Nice bar/Coffee & cake area at the entrance. We ate in the restaurant one night would recommend, also nearby Dir has some nice food if you don't want to go into the old town. Breakfast is fine just not 4* especially the hot food. Niggles, no milk for coffee in Room, no comfortable chair (3 upright chairs with wooden arms). Only one lift, we used the stairs to walk down from 5th floor. There is a 15 minute downhill walk into town, uphill on the way back. We stayed 6 days and only took the bus twice. Most days walking…
The hotel is very smart and clean. Room was spacious we had a balcony with view across to the old town and port. Is on a quite busy road, but with double glazed doors it did not disturb our sleep. Breakfast included is a hit and cold buffet. Seats indoors and on covered outside area which was lovely. A comfortable bar lounge has live piano playing three times a week. Roof top pool is quite and was never too busy. There is a hot tub, two saunas and a steam room . If you want spa treatments plan ahead as they get booked up. Staff all very friendly and helpful Check out the local restaurants we went to Duja - fish was great and Dir for lovely pizza. Walk to beach or old town about 20 minutes. trip to Krka falls about 1 1/4 hours drive- lovely!
The hotel and room was really nice, room was large with plenty of wardrobe space and clean and bathroom was very modern. We had a little balcony which was a bonus. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice, and the pool and jacuzzi on the roof where amazing and we always managed to get a bed. The hotel is a good 20/25 minute walk into the centre but we knew this before we booked so was happy to do this walk. Although I could not fault the hotel I do think it was overpriced for what it was but we did go in the high season and I felt all of split was expensive anyways.
The rooftop pool and bar is the main selling point of this hotel! The included breakfast each morning was also a great value. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the old town, and we made the trip a few times per day without any trouble. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if back in Split.
