This was our first stop when he landed in Croatia and I really wish this had been our last stop. Even though we had very nice stays the rest of our trip none of them could live up to this hotel. The staff was so over the top and very sincere about wanting to help. Jan, Fillip, and I'm so sorry I didn't catch the young ladies name but they were so extremely helpful. Our luggage was delayed and wasn't coming in till the next flight and Fillip called the airport for us and was able to find out it was there so we could go pick it up. We had a driver set to pick us up the day we were leaving and the staff wanted to make sure to call the driver and make sure he knew where to go as you can not drive in the city center. They helped us with our luggage and packed us wonderful lunches since we were leaving so early. I loved this hotel. The staff made it everything. Thank you!

Hotel's Favorite
The staff here made our stay better than we could have imagined. They made us feel at home, arranged tours, made restaurant reservations, scheduled our Covid tests for traveling home, and would have gone above and beyond to do anything else we asked with a sincere smile. The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was better than the chain hotel we stayed in in Dubrovnik, and the location was perfect. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely stay here whenever we return. Thank you to Filip, Juliana, and all of the staff!

This hotel & the staff are just amazing. The location incredible, our room overlooked the historic bell tower. What makes staying here so special is the genuine commitment to personal service. Everyone wants you to have the best experience possible. From meeting us off the ferry from Brac to recommending restaurants, booking cars & explaining about the local culture. Filip & Jan were so helpful & personal. Sanja the breakfast chef is just awesome, her omelettes & everything were just perfect. The local liquers are a must to try in the hotel, we liked them so much we took some home. Jan even posted back to us something we left in our room which was very much appreciated. Split is an incredible city, we had the best 4 days & part of what made the trip so special was staying in this stunning boutique hotel. If you're going to Split, you must stay here. Thanks again to Filip & all the team for everything.

Wow, wow, wow. Can’t speak highly enough about this hotel and its wonderful staff . We stayed 2 nights here on our arrival in Croatia, and we were so impressed that we booked a further night on our return journey. The situation is superb, right inside the palace walls. It’s a small hotel, so the staff are extremely attentive to their guests offering a personal touch. As we had to be at the hotel very early on our day of departure, they even arranged that our breakfast was ready for us ahead of time to ensure we ate before leaving. Thanks to Teo for meeting us, Filip for showing us around and being generally great(not at all like Manuel from Faulty Towers 😂😂😂), Jan for arranging our return, Sanja for the best pancakes EVER, and Ana for being a lovely and unique, joy of a girl who is the only Croatian with an Irish accent. Hvala to you all Delyth and Craig x

I don’t think I have ever been to a hotel where all the staff have been so friendly and so positively helpful. They simply could not do enough for us. We messed them around by booking and cancelling in both 2020 and 2021, each time they were very understanding. They offered to book taxis and restaurants. Met our taxi on the edge of the pedestrian area to meet our taxi on arrival, to show us the way to the hotel, and on arrival showed us the best places to visit. The hotel itself was very comfortable with a handful of appointed rooms right in the centre of the old town. lovely breakfast with individually cooked hot food. Highly recommended, and well worth a stay.

How do I ever begin? Filip was so kind and accommodating and did everything he could to make our stay wonderful. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Bell Tower . Truly an amazing room. Each morning we would enjoy Sanja's delicious, homemade breakfast items in a cozy breakfast area. Thank you for making our stay one that we will always remember!

I cannot compliment the stay of the Heritage hotel enough. Their accolades are all well deserved. While we only stayed a single night, this was far and away our favorite hotel on our honeymoon tour of Croatia. The room was exceptional, but the service was even better. They met us at the ferry, offered guidance around the palace and helped arranged transport, even carrying our bags to the street corner. Would absolutely come back

This was our best experience in all of Croatia! They provided free parking which is really unique, helped us book our ferry to Hvar, and had the car ready by the pier upon our return. Breakfast is spectacular and the staff couldn't be kinder. Very strongly recommended!
