I stayed at this hotel on Sept 7th, 2019; stopping by from a long trip from Germany. I was surprised how friendly and amicable the staff was; the guy on the third shift and the young lady on the first shift. The third shift host guy made us feel at home and he was very polite, very nice and very thoughtful. He order pizza for us, helped us find a parking spot which is very very difficult in Split. Don't mistake to think its a luxurious hotel. The hotel is one of the cheapest in Split so, it was good value for the money! The breakfast was really good too.

The drinks were terrible and the straff was rude and basically ignored us... stay away! Expensive as well. The mojito did not taste as it should and the aperol tastes like norhing. I do not recommend to try this place. I also heard from some friends that they had the same experience.

Our room was not clean and the sheets had holes in them. Breakfast was only okay. Service was average. The shower stall needed a good clean. The decor was very dated. The hotel is a 30 minute walk to the old city and not worth the money.

One of the most basic hotels I have stayed in. The graffiti on the side of the hotel says it all really. No real window. No bar.But tbh we didn’t stay in the room much as The toilet was tiny Split is stunning .

This was the worst experience in my travels ever. Believe it or not , the hotel didn't have active central heating in the middle of the winter and one heating unit was not able to heat the apartment, it was not possible to sleep how cold it was. The hotel is shabby and it looks like it wasn't renovated for decades. Avoid at all costs!!!

This is advertised as an hotel, but In fact is more a hostel; there is a breakfast room which serves a very basic buffet breakfast; there are no other restaurants (as advertised ) nor is there an outdoor seating are with coffee shop. No facilities for getting a hot drink unless using a coffee machine that was not great coffee. Definitely NOT 3*as advertised

I stayed here as part of a tour group and was placed in room 409. The carpet in my room was dirty, with black marks on it (see below pictures). There were hairs in my shower. The bathroom mirror was far to high for me to see into (admittedly im 5'2"). The T.V was a tiny box from the 90s and would not even turn on. Breakfast was lacklustre. The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood with a lot of graffiti around. It is about a 20 minute walk from the old town. Everything else about the room was average. The shower head was very low but had decent pressure. Beds were ok and ac worked. I would only stay here again if there were no other places available.

The worst breakfast I have ever had was in this hotel. A rude old man in the reception who keeps telling you that WiFi is different in every floor and why you need the password of the lobby. God he was extremely annoying. Overpriced hotel. We were lucky to get the parking for our rented car. Hotel has a parking but not more than 5 cars at a time. The location is so confusing. In short don't book and stay happy.

We knew what we were getting when we booked. I’d scoped hotel out previously. This is a very simple, no-frills hotel. But it’s clean, friendly helpful staff & only a 10 min run into old center, or cheap Uber ride. Room rate in April was $90-100 per night, steep for what you get. No face cloths, toilet paper is little square sheets dispensed, walk-in shower. I love 5 star hotels but I also appreciate and enjoy nice accommodations in areas where the locals lived. Close daily market 3 blocks up the street for fours and veggies, a cafe and local shops. It just depends on the type of adventure you’re searching for. I’ll be coming back.
