We stayed at Alma apartments beginning of June ‘22 after booking through an online agent. The apartment building is split into two apartments, one bigger than the other I believe. We arrived on the same day as the other guests but apart from that hardly seen or heard from them at all, even on the shared roof terrace (where there is plenty of seating anyway).
From the pictures we had already seen, we were expecting the apartment to be nice and with the basic necessities. The photos online don’t do the apartment justice, internally it is more modern than we were expecting and super clean! There was all the cutlery, utensils, dishes, cleaning product, toiletries and appliances that we could need which were a massive bonus and convenience (tea/coffee, iron/board, towels, hair dryer, straighteners, blankets etc.) There was a TV which we never used and the WiFi worked perfectly.
The pictures of the external areas were what sold it for us and they were even better prettier in person, having breakfast under the orange trees and grape vines, with just enough sun was gorgeous!
The apartment itself is located in an old town residential area so is really quaint and quiet but only a 3 minute walk to a local market and supermarkets and around 6mins to the main restaurants/bars.
Alma the owner met us when we arrived and was so pleasant and helpful, we had her number and she was there to help us with any recommendations or advice during our stay, her thoughtful little extras made us feel so welcome and really made the holiday for us (and everyone else judging by the comments in the guestbook)!

This apartment was very spacious clean and beautiful. With lovely light and close proximity to the old town do not hesitate to get. The location made our trip so much easier as we could walk literally everywhere. The hostess was so lovely and thoughtful, she made sure the hotel was clean and left things like drinks , deodorant, and coffee to make our stay more comfortable. Do not walk, RUNNN to get this!!!!

We stayed in Apartment Alma at the beginning of August and it was amazing. The apartment itself is so lovely, clean and pretty. It has all the functions we needed it for and came with complimentary amenities and toiletries, which was such a lovely touch. The location of the apartment was more than we could ask for, with it being only a 3 minute walk to the old town, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to any of the activity pick up locations that we chose to do.

The host them selfs were amazing and so friendly! They were extremely welcoming and throughout our stay made sure we were all okay! They truly were the best hosts!

I definitely recommend this apartment to any one, you won't be disappointed!!

As soon as I read the Tripadviser reviews and saw the photographs I knew I wanted to spend our holiday in this apartment and it was perfect for us. It had belonged to Alma's husband's grandparents. It is very pretty with just about everything anyone would need except maybe an oven, but then there are several excellent bakeries very close. What looks like a sandwich maker is in fact a toaster. The TV has a huge amount of channels and the wifi is very good as well.

We had the place virtually to ourselves for most of our two weeks so it was lovely.

Thank you Alma and Ivo.

Everything about our stay at Alma's was perfect. The apartment is perfectly located in a quiet residential area a few minutes walk from the harbour and the old city. The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed for our short stay, and had a beautiful courtyard and terraces. Alma has been so thoughtful, from her warm welcome, wine and more on arrival and prosecco and chocolates at the end of our stay, to all the careful, thoughtful provisions in the apartment - wonderful! We would not hesitate to recommend to all.

Stayed in the double room, the fridge outside the room was a welcome touch. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, good shower. Lots of lovely touches, wine and beer in the fridge, toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely hosts and an excellent location. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely well appointed room and apartment, the washing machine and cooking facilities were a great help. Nice space to relax on the roof terrace. Minutes walk away from the ancient walled city, shopping, beaches and transport links. Lovely and attentive hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend

Alma is very friendly and helpful and the apartment very well equipped with all you could need for your stay. Alma had even provided a bottle of wine and some bottled beers. Apartment spotless and clean and perfect for seeing all the sights of Split.

Pretty little apartment in the heart of the old city. Everything literally on your doorstep, from the daily local market, The Diocletians Palace with its many shops, restaurants & musuem to the seafront promenade, marina and beach! Very clean with a lovely little courtyard and Wifi available too.
