The rooms are “cozy idly” on the smallish side, but the facilities are excellent. Very clean as befits a luxury hotel. Our room overlooked the harbour and was very comfortable. Nice bar and excellent spread for breakfast. Recommended.

Dear Mr Kakerandelin, First of all, we would like to thank you for your comment and choosing our heritage, centennial Hotel Park Split for your stay. We are indeed sad to get know your stay has not reached your expectations. Guests in the Hotel Park are considered as the most important, moreover, they are considered as the part of the family and part of our story we have been telling since year of 1921. All respectfully, we have to note that we are quite surprised with certain statements in your feedback. Omelettes and pancakes are breakfast items that are a la cart, therefore, it is hard to believe they are served cold. Furthermore, all hot drinks are on request as we would like that our guests are having it fresh and hot. Regarding the room service, as in we believe all hotels, we follow the same procedure of the room service payment, the one where the guests signs the bill and the charge is posted on the room. Upon departure guest can use different payment methods (credit card, cash) for different consumptions. The reason why the room service cannot be paid in cash when served in the room is simply because waiters do not have cc machines neither cash with themselves when delivering orders. Lastly, all hotel team members, with emphasis on reception team members are more than often acknowledged and praised in guest feedbacks to go an extra mile for the guests, and to make the guest feel home away from home. Therefore, it is hard to believe you have not received any acknowledge during your stay. Once again, we do appreciate all feedbacks, even more, constructive critic is always welcome and appreciated as we can work on enhancement of service and guest experience. We hope to have an opportunity to welcome you again in our beautiful, heritage Hotel Park Split and prove that this historical property is still shining as it has been all these years.
