If you're in split, this is the place to stay. Immaculately clean, tidy and friendly. I was messaged in advance of my stay asking what time I was expecting to arrive and if there was anything they could do to help. When we arrived, we were greeted with a unique (but awesome, I won't spoil the surprise). It's really worth putting some time aside to listen to the history and the places that are recommended - we weren't steered wrong at all and it really added to our few days in split. The breakfast was excellent and a good way to taste some local produce and fresh bread - make sure you also have the omelette (wow) . Nothing was too much bother and everything was super friendly. Location is great to the centre of Split, it's round the corner from a craft beer bar and there is a nice wine shop a couple of doors down. Would go back in a heartbeat - Thank you Vila Baguc for looking after us…
This place was amazing. The staff could not have been more helpful. breakfast was fantastic the huge variety of tasty treats homemade bread it was stunning. Staff so friendly so helpful. The owner's introduction to the place was one of the best welcomes that have had anywhere in the world. It was in a great location very central and near Diocletian's Palace. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. Fantastic wine shop two doors down also thanks for 5 fabulous b&b.
Fantastic place ... Definite winner. Great location, stunning room, lovely/friendly staff and great breakfasts. What's not to love? [I've seen a few reviews criticising the breakfast options ... I'm seriously confused as to what exactly they were expecting. The breakfast buffet was a seriously impressive spread each and every morning. Breads, Spreads, Fruit, Coffee, Tea, Juice, Yoghurts, Cheeses, Meats, Tapenades, Pickles, Tomatoes ... and more. Oh and omelettes cooked to order] Great place - recommended.
Stayed for two nights on a walking holiday, room very nice and cool, very clean, had everything you need, breakfast great, fab omelettes, only issue not to easy to find as taxi dropped me off 200yds from the place which is in the pavement only old town, the rooms are three doors away from the reception so make sure you have their phone number handy as there is nobody at the rooms, apart from that it was great.
Stayed here for one night. The room was very cozy. The breakfast was very good. The only issue is the street outside. It's very tight to drive a car down there. I was lucky and I found a spot outside but you will probably have to park a little ways away in the car park up the road. Would recommend this hotel though as a good deal.
