We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Many thanks to Ante because he helped us really much he is really kind and friendly. Also reception staff in the morning also was really kind I don’t remember her name sadly. Breakfast for boutique hotel is pretty impressive but I could have been better that some of the beds can be double :))
A beautiful, comfortable hotel in a perfect location in the center of Split. Extremely friendly staff, an excellent room equipment, great breakfast and cozy spa. A big advantage is the parking of the hotel, which is included in the price. We look forward to coming again!
Location was extremely convenient with a 3 minute walk to the ferry terminal or Old Town Split! Daniela the front staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. She was very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations and even called to make reservations on our behalf. Breakfast was plentiful with eggs, bacon, yogurt, fruit, meat, cheeses, pastries, juices, and coffee. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We even enjoyed the jacuzzi at the hotel! Highly recommend staying here!
If you are looking for a hotel close to the centre of Split and the port look no further - they are both less than 5 minutes walk away! The staff are so friendly and accommodating- our room wasn’t ready on arrival so we received a complimentary drink whilst we were waiting and a free upgrade to a higher floor with a great sea view. Breakfast was very good - although it can get a bit crowded when so many people turn up at the same time. We also recommend the wellness area where we both had a lovely relaxing massage on our last day. The city offers so much history and charm with great bars and restaurants. We took a catamaran to Brac and Hvar which are well worth a visit. We would definitely recommend the Hotel Luxe and we look forward to returning to Croatia.
Tina + other staff made our stay a 5/5. The hotel is very nice and modern. Everything is clean and neat. Breakfast seems small, but there is a lot of different options and they top up the plates so fast that it seems like you are the first one to take food from the table. The staff puts 110% effort to make you feel like vip. What made our holiday 6/5? Daniela! She is the best receptionist we have ever met! Excellent service with brilliant sense of humour! She helped us to take 150% benefit from our holiday. She gave excellent ideas what to do to avoid crowds and to help manage the extreme heat outdoors. She recommended restaurants daily and made reservations on our behalf. The only thing we had to do was to enjoy our holiday. Thank you Daniela <3

Huge special Thanks to Daniela at main reception.. Absolute superstar from when we arrived until the day we left 👍 faultless! Also Srdana, welcoming guests into the breakfast lobby always with a smile & cheerful persona, maintaining a high standard to cater for each & every guest 👍 Could list so many points of perfection but this is just a few... Thanks Hotel Luxe, Lucy & JP x
We had a Queen room with a sea view and balcony. We had a half of a balcony (for one) and we did have a sea view. The decor was a bit different but then again, I prefer a more traditional look. But let’s get to the more important things. Great and helpful staff, especially the breakfast staff. The room was comfortable and roomy. The bathroom was large and had a lot of space for personal items…..even a great tub! The location is perfect. A short walk to many restaurants, bars, and other attractions yet very quiet in the evening. The breakfast area is somewhat small but there is seating available in the lobby. So many choices and everything you need for a delicious breakfast. Eggs, fruits, cheeses, meats, yogurts, pastries, cereals, and the most amazing breads and jams. I would stay here again as we loved it despite the funky decor.…
Prior to arrival we requested a comfort room with balcony and sea view. On arrival we were greeted by Danielle who informed us that we did indeed have a balcony and sea view. The room was well decorated and a plus for us is the strength of the shower. Always a good sign for me. Location wise very central to the port, Bacvice beach and the main promonade. Breakfast was mostly continental but did have very good scrambled eggs, smoke sausage, bacon and vegetables. Did not use the wellness suite but it is very beautifully decorated and with the right gym equipment for those who are keen on maintaining their fitness. Well stocked minibar in the room (we didnt use it). The view from the balcony to the port allowed us to quietly view the hustle and bustle without too much associated noise. Close to a number of local shops and a supermarket which was great for purchasing our nightly bottle of wine and additional bottled water. Ideal location for a short city break or if you are catching the ferries/cruise ships before you embark. We stayed for 7 nights which on reflection was a little too long. Would have been better if we had a larger balcony room with 2 chairs.…
The hotel was very close to main city center but far enough to not hear all the noise. Staff was incredible. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate with fresh breads, cheeses, meat, and other items including desserts, yogurts, etc. room was perfect and exceptionally clean. Would highly recommend for value and location and what they offer. Only stayed one night but could easily stay a week there.
Location: 5/5 - 5 minutes walk to Diocletian Palace and whatever is inside / nearby. Accessibility: 2/5 - there is no way to park in front of the entrance with a taxi. Hotel Parking is available and very useful but it takes a lot of stairs with heavy luggages if you follow the signs. Maybe a second sign to help first time visitors to use a longer but less heavy path it would be useful. Breakfast: 2/5 - this is the same for every hotel I stayed in Croatia. I just do not like salty breakfast…and selection of sweet options is limited. I chose 2/5 instead of 3/5 because a 4 star hotel should not let you pay a coffee made with a proper machine and give you for free the nespresso (or whatever it is). Service: 4/5 - very kind and helpful staff. Personnel is very polite and caring. Rooms, however, were cleaned after lunch, a bit slow according to our experiences. Room: 2/5 - the view is a matter of luck. If you are at lower floors you see other buildings distant few meters from your window. Air conditioning was not editable. Bathroom was very tiny. Beds not comfortable. Others: corridors were quite smelly, maybe due to the road nearby. SPA is a bathtube. Price / quality ratio: 2/5 - Too expensive for what I consider a 3 star hotel.…
