Decided to surprise my wife for her 40th birthday.
Chose Time Boutique hotel as it looked lovely in the photos and good reviews. We were not disappointed.
I messaged ahead to tell the hotel that it was a special occasion and they definitely took that on board. When we arrived, we were very pleasantly greeted by the reception staff and upgraded to the highest level of room even though we had only booked a standard room.
The next day my wife wanted a manicure. She had that very professionally done by the hotels staff at their Spa and was told that it was a birthday present from the hotel which went down really nicely.
The rooms are very well equipped, comfortable and very quiet.
The breakfast is extensive and of a high quality, served either inside the restaurant which is air-conditioned or on the outside veranda which is lovely and sheltered from the sunshine.
All the staff we have met are lovely with genuine smiles and are more than happy to help and recommend places to visit.
The pool and spa area is an absolute hit. Beautiful ambience music playing. Lovely pool, Jacuzzi sauna and steam rooms and a Turkish spa. Something for everyone.
Very reasonable treatments and massages.
The location of the hotel is also excellent, just a 15 minute walk to downtown Split.
Overall, highly recommended on all levels.

Has parking, spa zone is great surprise. Rooms are very comfortable and well decorated. Clean and tidy.
Downstairs you have bar with all kinds of drinks, great wine selection.
If you don't want to repeat dinner there you can cross the street to Baraka and have a snack. It is there same owner.
Hotel has great vegetarian selection.
Friendly staff and very professional also.
You can walk to Split center, it is a way down and when you go back it is up but not so hard.
1 thing I liked the most is music. They have amazing songs in the list, depending on where you are (spa, lobby, bar or restaurant).
Downstairs you have bar with all kinds of drinks, great wine selection.
If you don't want to repeat dinner there you can cross the street to Baraka and have a snack. It is there same owner.
Hotel has great vegetarian selection.

The hotel is lovely. It’s a beautifully presented hotel, nice bar with cocktail lounge area. The rooms are a comfortable size, and the bathroom had a nice sized walk in shower.
The breakfast offering was reasonable, with some nice additions that you don’t see everywhere like fresh smoothies and breakfast wraps.
The onsite spa is a welcome luxury with a descent sized pool (though the jacuzzi was dirty).
The one thing that lets this place down is the horrible looking surrounding area. I was completely taken by surprise by how run down the surrounding streets and buildings were (the room had a nice little balcony but with views of tatty looking neighbouring buildings).
That being said, it was still only a very short walk from the town centre which couldn’t have been more different and was like being on a film set - stunning.
The breakfast offering was reasonable, with some nice additions that you don’t see everywhere like fresh smoothies and breakfast wraps.

Yes, it is a new hotel with excellent wellness and overall nice decor, it is clean, but there are some very bad sides.
For example, if you are put in one of rooms which have connecting doors to another room, and if in that other room you have 2 loud Russians, then you can't relax or sleep weel as u feel like they are next to you. Also, the room is rather small (and it is a higher class room), not sure how would two persons manage.
Next to that, hotel's surrounding is dreadful..feels like you're somewhere bad in Africa when on the balcony..
Finally, for breakfast u get to choose between one of their a la cart meals (e.g. eggs benedict), u also get a croissant, juice and coffee - that's it. When asked for a glass of sparkling water, was told it is charged extra (?).
For a 4* hotel which charges more then 100 euro per night for one person, I would expect more...

Such a weird spa experience. We called on the phone to reserve a massage, and he told us to come at anytime but when we showed up the masseuse only had time in two hours from then.
People were talking loudly in the spa which is very counterintuitive, we weren’t even given a towel for each person, the saunas were very small in size, the Turkish bath was just a humid/ wet sauna, they had menus but no wait staff, and more. The receptionist of the hotel was so rude, acting as if we were a nuisance to her instead of the paying costumers we were.
When we finally made it to our massage, though, the masseuse did a fantastic job. There was a 10 minute body scrub before the massage that was sensational, the pressure of the massage was great and she was very knowledgeable about the body and pressure points.

PositIves: Location.
Negatives: The hallway stench as if one came within swimming pool. The door cannot be shut properly , air leaking beneath.
The hotel is too small and dense. Slamming of the doors became highly stressful and unbearable, Sound isolation is terrible. Fridge noise and generator were irritating as well,
To sum it up, its incredibly irritating and one cannot get a proper rest at all. You can hear people speaking in the room,and the lift in background.
A lot of hotels do not realize the impact of noise to one's health and comfort level. It's a pity. Receptionist was unporfessional and poorly organised. I haven't received refund, because guess we don't give a damn

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff and excellent spa facilities offering a range of services. Swimming pool open most of day but found it very hot temperature as did other users and raised this with staff but nothing done about it.....shame because hotel chosen for this. Hot tub was cooler than swimming pool! Rooms cleaned daily, comfortable bed and coffee, kettle but no tea or milk provided. Good choice of breakfast, bar and outside terrace for dining. Hotel located about 15 mins walk from main Riva tourist attractions and beach. However, Ubar very cheap and efficient. Not a big range of restaurants nearby, however one nearest, very nice and reasonably priced, will need to travel to Riva if want a wider choice. Overall great hotel and would recommend and stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. Our room was on top floor to back of hotel. Car parking on site and 10-15 min walk into town. Excellent, clean spa facilities to relax at end of day (open until 10pm which was appreciated). Robes and slippers in room for spa. Super breakfast and attentive waiting staff. Delicious pastries, smoothies and good breakfast selection including salads, usual bacon etc, cheese and hams, breads and salmon/quinoa etc.

We had a great experience staying at Time hotel. The room itself is cozy and very modern. The hospitality was amazing, incredibly friendly, swift, with advice and tips whenever needed.
The breakfast served was hands down one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had outside of the UK, such a wide selection of food and they even have homemade smoothies!
It's not far from the old town, a 15 minute walk.
It has an indoor pool and jacuzzi that is free to use which was nice on the really hot days. We enjoyed a great massage at the spa and the restaurant specialises in not just breakfast but dinner too as it was delicious! Highly recommended for your stay in Split.

We spent great winter holidays at Time Hotel Split as it is beautiful new hotel, fine-furnished, with very nice spa area incl. indoor swimming pool, 15 min walk from down town. What we were most impressed was level of service, professionalism and kindness. Really great breakfasts and a la card menu - All food was delicious - great mix of creativity and elegance by Chef. We loved Spa and massages. Hospitality of all staff was really charming. Our best experience in Split!
