We stayed for a week. Hotel is very smart and modern. Room a little small but we had a balcony (though there's no view) and nice bathroom with fantastic shower . Bed comfy though pillows a bit odd. Lovely breakfast. The restaurant area is very nice but quiet in the evening. We had dinner there one night but weren't keen on the food. Other reviews mentioned the 15minute (at least) walk to town but no one had warned that it's uphill on the way back! Can't comment on the spa as we didn't get round to using it. Plenty to do in Split, plus a sandy beach. Also visited Trogir by bus and Hvar by boat. One thing that lets the hotel down is the approach - down a couple of concrete steps and across a car park. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful and I would happily recommend it.

Hotel was very clean, friendly staff and excellent spa facilities offering a range of services. Swimming pool open most of day but found it very hot temperature as did other users and raised this with staff but nothing done about it.....shame because hotel chosen for this. Hot tub was cooler than swimming pool! Rooms cleaned daily, comfortable bed and coffee, kettle but no tea or milk provided. Good choice of breakfast, bar and outside terrace for dining. Hotel located about 15 mins walk from main Riva tourist attractions and beach. However, Ubar very cheap and efficient. Not a big range of restaurants nearby, however one nearest, very nice and reasonably priced, will need to travel to Riva if want a wider choice. Overall great hotel and would recommend and stay again.

Decided to surprise my wife for her 40th birthday. Chose Time Boutique hotel as it looked lovely in the photos and good reviews. We were not disappointed. I messaged ahead to tell the hotel that it was a special occasion and they definitely took that on board. When we arrived, we were very pleasantly greeted by the reception staff and upgraded to the highest level of room even though we had only booked a standard room. The next day my wife wanted a manicure. She had that very professionally done by the hotels staff at their Spa and was told that it was a birthday present from the hotel which went down really nicely. The rooms are very well equipped, comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast is extensive and of a high quality, served either inside the restaurant which is air-conditioned or on the outside veranda which is lovely and sheltered from the sunshine. All the staff we have met are lovely with genuine smiles and are more than happy to help and recommend places to visit. The pool and spa area is an absolute hit. Beautiful ambience music playing. Lovely pool, Jacuzzi sauna and steam rooms and a Turkish spa. Something for everyone. Very reasonable treatments and massages. The location of the hotel is also excellent, just a 15 minute walk to downtown Split. Overall, highly recommended on all levels.

Our first visit to Split, this is a lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, good size rooms, friendly and helpful staff. There is a separate bar/lounge area just outside the hotel that is very relaxing, as well as an American based bar/restaurant on the entrance to the hotel. The spa facility is one of the best I’ve seen, we booked ourselves a massage on our last day which was definitely worth the money. The only negative is there is only a very small garden and therefore no where to sunbath- but overall the hotel is worth 5 stars.

Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. Breakfast was delicious and according to order on the menu - different varieties fx pancakes, toast, smoothie bowls and omelettes. Complimentary beverage and chocolate croissant is served aside from your choice of breakfast on their menu. Location is good, a bit of a walk from Old Town Split (15 minutes) but that is not a problem at all. Parking is spacious and free. Rooms are amazing - comfortable beds, super nice bathrooms. The spa was definitely the highlight of our stay, complete with pool, jacuzzi, Finnish and Bio saunas, Turkish bath, showers, toilets, changing rooms and their massage (additional charge) is worth it. Staff is super friendly and very good in English.

We had a pleasurous experience all the time from check-in to our departure. Everyone is very kind and friendly - at the reception, at the restaurant and in the wellness. The receptionist Mia made us feel valued by doing everything she can to resolve any challenges we came across. The same goes for the second receptionist, also called Mia, who checked us out. Since the hotel wasn’t full, they gave us a complimentary upgrade of the rooms. Rooms are clean and well designed. The wellness has a very nice. Thank you again for amazing experience! We will definitely come back Hotel summary + well designed + great hotel service + very welcoming and professional staff + good breakfasts where every wish comes true + 24/7 reception - carpets in the rooms (not hypoallergenic) - missing pricelist for the minibar - missing some snacks to eat in the minibar Wellness summary + very very very well designed + welcoming service + free water to hydrate included + possibility to order some drinks from the bar + swimming suit dryers in the changing rooms (amazing device!) + amazing sky-like ceiling above the swimming pool + very nice and relaxing swimming pool waterfall - missing shower gel/soap in all of the showers in the changing rooms and on toilets - no hangers for towels near the tropical rain showers (since there is not any cold plunge one can use after sauna for cooling, we used rain showers - there are no towel hangers so we had to go few meters naked to the shower and from there to take the towels) - turkish bath is steam sauna (turkish baths are something different) - unbalanced steam amount in steam sauna (once the amount was correct, second there was none) - the same goes for the temperature since it is connected - too weak swimming pool counter current - would be great to have some clock in the steam sauna

Yes, it is a new hotel with excellent wellness and overall nice decor, it is clean, but there are some very bad sides. For example, if you are put in one of rooms which have connecting doors to another room, and if in that other room you have 2 loud Russians, then you can't relax or sleep weel as u feel like they are next to you. Also, the room is rather small (and it is a higher class room), not sure how would two persons manage. Next to that, hotel's surrounding is dreadful..feels like you're somewhere bad in Africa when on the balcony.. Finally, for breakfast u get to choose between one of their a la cart meals (e.g. eggs benedict), u also get a croissant, juice and coffee - that's it. When asked for a glass of sparkling water, was told it is charged extra (?). For a 4* hotel which charges more then 100 euro per night for one person, I would expect more...
