Literal not sign on the hostel to identify - just go by the street address. security- no lockers, dorms remain unlocked, the hostel door remains open or unlocked. Bunks are narrow, nearly fell off the top bunk a few times just rolling over. I wouldn't stay here again. Only stayed one night so didn't really use other facilities.

Decent hostel. Quite uncomfortable beds and with only one functioning bathroom for all guests it is a bit annoying. The common room is good and the kitchen area seems okay. The staff aren't great especially the guy with short hair who shrugs a lot that works in the afternoon; he is incredibly unhelpful and rude. I would suggest to the... More

The folks who ran the place were nice enough, but the property is quite a walk uphill from the promenade. Not a big deal normally, but walking there with a big backpack on in that heat SUCKSSSS. The shower was ice cold for 10 minutes then got scalding hot. Bathrooms and beds were quite small and uncomfortable. The common area... More

Problems with the reservation, dirty, smelly, tiny bathroom, broken toilet sit. Arrived at the place and they told us they us that our room was at other place. We walked 5 min with our bags to this other house, they they show us a room with a double bed, but our reservation was twin.

We were a group of 5 on a stag party who just wanted somewhere to sleep, to leave our luggage during the two days when we were out doing activities, and was as cheap as possible. As far as these requirements are concerned - this place did the job nicely! Though I pre-booked via Hostelworld.com, I emailed the staff afterwards... More

Myself and 4 friends went travelling for a month around Europe, staying in 11 different cities. This was by far the worst hostel. First of all, it was not very central so was very difficult to find. As soon as we entered the hostel there was no formal reception which was very inconvenient as we arrived at 7 in the... More

Me and a group of friends visted the hostel at the start of our inter-rail... we did the pub crawl the first night and all the free drink defeated a few of my friends... when we returned to the hostel in a right state.. with two of my friends drunk and abusive and one had a massive cut on his... My first hostel experience. Very welcoming, friendly and nice owner carried my large suitcase to the second floor upon arrival. Made us feel at home offering a glass of juice to cool off. Clean place and ample sized room and common area. Well equipped kitchen. Great terrace. The only downside was one creepy employee (29/05/2015) that tried to bully one... More

The owner of the hostel was friendly and helpful but the late night "chaperone" / cleaning guy was extremely creepy. He told us we had to go to bed when we were having a smoke outside. He said "after 10pm you have to be in your room to go to bed." We understand that quiet hours start at 10pm but... More

We stayed in a private double room in the house next door. We had a shared bathroom but never actually saw anyone else. Clean and comfy bed, there was a small fridge in the room and a sink. The wifi worked well. Definitely recommend as the price of the room is so cheap!
