If you are a fan of the Mediterranean and looking for accommodation that will provide you with traditional Mediterranean environment, hostel Dvor is the perfect choice. Its appearance is reminiscent of ancient stone houses of Split’s Old Town. In the traditional vernacular architecture, “Dvor” (inner courtyard) was surrounded by high stone walls, and in our hostel it has been repurposed into the external living room leading directly into the rooms on the ground floor. We are committed to providing only the highest level of service to our guests, which is confirmed by the ongoing work to improve our offer, and keeping up with current trends in the market.

This is the without a doubt the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The rooms and facilities were spotless. Toliteries and towels provided in the room along with a huge locker and lock for all your personal belongings. An additional drawer under your bed with charging points and personal lights in each bed. The lobby is very clean. The location is perfect.....2minuye walk from centre but located just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Airport transfer is a good rate and went smoothly. Staff very helpful

One of my favorite hostels ever! Exceptionally clean, quiet, comfortable, AC, phenomenal shower, large locking wardrobes with space to hang clothes, simple breakfast, pleasant communal areas, friendly staff, great location. The only downside was sharing one toilet/shower with up to seven others, though this seems to be the norm for hostels on the Dalmatian coast and wasn’t a problem when I was there (October). Really enjoyed my visit to Split and would absolutely stay at the Hostel Dvor next time!

I struggled a little to locate the hostel even with a tourist map. The small lanes are confusing at first. Sanja and Filip are the perfect hosts. My room was ready earlier than expected. Sanja even gave me some suncream as I had forgotten mine. The hostel is clean and in excellent condition. Comfy bed and a shower that will match any hotel for unlimited hot water at a good pressure. The free breakfast and coffee was an added bonus. The old town and marina is just a short walk away. I am sure I will be be back for another visit. :-)

Although I found it a little hard to locate on my arrival due to not taking the address ! This is an oasis of calm with immaculate rooms, modern fittings and the whole building is maintained to a high standard. The service was more of a small hotel with staff on duty happy to help with recommendations and advice. As a sole traveller I shared a female dorm with private bath and it was excellent. Location is great. Terrace outside is perfect for breakfast and a chat with fellow travellers later (keep the noise down though!) Enjoyed thoroughly and would return.

We spent just one night after our sailing trip in this hostel in Split. It´s good located, 5 minutes away from the old city centre. The rooms are not too big, but you find all you need for a night. The check in was a bit slow but friendly. The price-performance is good at all!
