Near city center, great service,clean room, and no problem surviving only on English;) Breakfast was good and plenty. Smooth check in and check out. Friendly staff, and their taxi service was really good also to and from airport.

handy location for city

it is hard to rate the hotel as it is just perfect. good helpful service noce big rooms high quality and very clean. the ski bar a bit noisy a boom boom bar great for young people breakfast good jusy can not fault this hotel

Kharkiv Palace

We came here with friends in May 2018 to celebrate birthday. Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean, nice interior, service was great, any questions or requests were solved in no time. Definitely will come again.
