Room was clean and neat but no tv. Bathroom was small but had plenty of hot water. Room was located where noise was consistent from outside and from inside with late arrivals. There is an area on the roof with good views of the city and the volcanos.

I love everything about this place: quiet courtyards, clean rooms, artwork, free water, friendly front desk folks - even the small bathrooms! We always stay here while in Antigua. It is a vlue in this increasingly pricey hotel market. At the front desk, Jorge and Vivian are so friendly and professional. It is conveniently located.

Have stayed two nights and love it. Everyone is very and helpful. Courtyards are very pretty. Rooms are clan and beds comply. Will return again. The views are breathtaking. The hotel is located walking distance for many attractions.

First please note there are two hotels with the same name. This hotel is on 7a Avenida next door to Fernandos Kaffe. Pleasant and helpful staff who all seem to speak English very well, a great location one block away from La Merced, and fabulous comfy beds all conspire to make this place worth returning to in my opinion. Although...

We stayed here at the beginning and end of our journey in Guatemala I booked it through booking.com. I planned this trip with 3 months in advance. I emailed the hotel twice to make sure we have 2 rooms by each other. I got written and verbal confirmation of the two rooms. Guess what? We got there on a late...

Nice place, friendly staff, excellent location, walking distance to all Antigua attractions. The cafeteria next to the hotel was very good. The bad thing is that it gets very loud at night. We had a room on a first floor, and there is no sound proof at all. Also, be careful with the water that is offered in the common...

This hotel has an exceptional attention to cleanliness, service, and authenticity. The view from the large penthouse room is one of the best in the whole of Antigua. Great for travellers and families alike. 6 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've stayed in many places in Antigua and this is my least favourite. I can't get over what they charge for what you get! The first room I got was so small the sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was so small when you sat on the toilet your face was in the shower curtain! Unbelievable! When...

Beautiful little hotel, walking distance from main attractions in Antigua. Everything is clean and you have access to a full kitchen and fridge. They offer books, wifi, wine, a computer. The rooms are small but confortable and clean, with towels, hand made soaps and shampoo, filtered water and glasses, and a chocolate on each pillow (even the baby's). We travelled...
