Could not have better things to say about this hotel! We asked for early check in and were able to check in right after we got off the ferry at 10 am! They stored our luggage for us the next day so we could continue to explore. The place was so clean and spotless, we felt so comfortable during these uncertain times. The only suggestions I have are add a fire pit in the courtyard and maybe an on-site place that sells drinks or even a mini bar in the room.

Just spent 3 nights at the Roberts Collection. We had a frisky puppy so coming and going was complicated. Everything was great especially the attention provided by both Evette and Venise. This is my second stay and I look forward to a third.

We stayed in The Gate House, which is accessed through a private courtyard. We chose a Deluxe King room and are glad we did--the room was very comfortable and had a little extra space, which is what we wanted. Everything is lovely here--the staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly, the style and decor is elegant without being fussy. Our favorite part was the courtyard--great for relaxing after a long day exploring, or eating take-out lunch, or enjoying a pre-dinner glass of wine. We'd definitely return to the Roberts Collection!

My fiancé and I returned to the Robert’s Collection after getting engaged here last month for our engagement photos. We were treated so special as if we were the only ones staying here by Yvette and Venise upon arrival. They were so accommodating, attentive, overall so lovely and we could have a million more complimentary things to say of their high level of service. They knew this was such an important end exciting trip for us and went above and beyond to make us feel so special. We were given the same room we had last time during our engagement, even though it wasn’t the original one we booked and I can’t tell you how much that meant to us. We can’t wait to return with both of our families for our wedding next year, and look forward to them experiencing our special place!

Fabulous historic property in the heart of downtown Nantucket. Great coffee table books in lobby! The room was on the small side, but we probably had the most affordably priced room. Lovely courtyard between the buildings.
