We planned a last minute get-away to Nantucket and were overjoyed to find vacancy at this hidden gem. Brant Point Inn is a cozy and quiet spot within walking distance of the ferry landing as well as some of the best restaurants and stores at the heart of Nantucket. Thea was very warm, responsive and accommodating making us feel at home. She made herself available to us before and during our stay to provide helpful guidance on restaurants as well as navigating the island in general and anything else we may need or want. The rooms and common areas were very tidy. We appreciated the respectful signs instructing COVID-19 policies, including masks to be worn in common areas and hand sanitizer or alcohol wipes readily available on most shelves. The bicycle rack was easy to access near beach chairs available to borrow. The room was equipped with A/C, TV, Wi-Fi and beach towels. Just outside the room, there was a refrigerator and ice machine. Although we did not partake during our short stay, we were welcomed for breakfast, coffee and tea each morning. We enjoyed access to the roof deck with a glass of wine to watch the sunset. On the morning of day two, Thea noticed the shower door was sticking when she was cleaning our room (all hands on deck these days!) and she had her husband pop by to fix it between charters. On our last day, Thea checked the booking schedule and allowed us late checkout so we could enjoy a long bike ride to Madaket Beach before catching the ferry home. We appreciated Thea’s attentiveness and we will definitely be planning a return trip soon.

If you're looking for comfort, convenience, and an overall extremely pleasurable time on Nantucket, stay at the Brant Point Inn. I love staying here; I look forward to getting back to the Inn after a long day of nantucket activities. Meredith does a fantastic job of making guests feel welcome. Simple pleasures like amazing coffee and muffins are available in the morning. I just simply love staying here. Clean, affordable and in brant point...does it get better?

Brant Point Inn is quiet and just a 10 minute walk from the ferry landing and with a wine shop across the street and local bar one block away. Rooms and common areas are spacious and hosts are very friendly. Coffee/Tea are provided in the mornings and coffee with a Keurrig are available anytime. A wide selection of books and magazines are available for rainy days. Guest refrigerators, TVs in rooms and Wi-Fi are provided.

My husband and I have visited Nantucket seven times now. We have stayed at the Brant Point Inn with Thea every trip. We also have a half day fishing with Pete (Thea's husband) each trip. The fishing trip is always a blast, love just being out on the water and my husband loves the great fishing! Pete always makes it a fun trip. Our room is always spotless clean and very comfy. The morning muffins, coffee, tea, juice are the perfect quick start for the day. You couldn't ask for a better location, a quick 5 minute walk to town. Thea and Meredith are always helpful, answering any questions we might have and making suggestions for things to do and great restaurants to visit. Can't wait for our next trip back to Nantucket and stay at our "home away from home"!

We just completed a 10 night stay on Nantucket at the Atlantic Mainstay, the sister property of the Brant Point Inn (both Inns share a mutual driveway). The hospitality extended to us over our lengthy stay was unparalleled. A professional and friendly staff greeted us upon our arrival and provided us caring attention from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Lovely linens and towels in a most relaxing setting. Coffee, tea, muffins and juice were waiting for us every morning and a communal refrigerator was provided for personal beverages and food. The feeling of a true “home away from home”. A car was not needed, as the Inn’s location to town was walking distance. A perfect venue!! Special thanks to Thea, Meredith and the hard working staff. We have already booked another stay in 2020. Simply couldn’t come up with any reason to go elsewhere.
