I stayed here for 3 nights on a summer trip to Boston. I am an avid tent camper but for those who are also on a budget - it is a cheap way to stay in the Boston area for awhile. There is a swimming beach inside the campground, the sites are really private, and hiking trails everywhere - bring...

Campground was clean, safe and well maintained. I recommend book early in the season to get the spots by the pond. There are plenty of things to do in the area, like hiking, bicycling, swimming. Ponds nearby are so beautiful and peaceful.

Stayed at site 73 2nd/3rd week of August. Great site, secluded as much as possible from nearby sites. All sites have water, no electrical and are spaced a decent distance apart. $17 a night residents, Out-of-staters are gouged another $3. Daughter and I wanted to do some camping and Harold Parker fit the bill. Hard for me to conceive being...

Stayed there for 4 nights - First day, we found our neighbor using a generator for the whole afternoon and evening, only stopping it when quiet hour hit (10pm)... couldn't blame him though, was exceptionnally hot that night and he was probably using it for A/C, but still noisy (other campgrounds sometimes allow generators at certain hours, not all day...

This campsite was just what we were looking for. Family friendly with lots of kids for our kids to play with and beautiful nature walks, water to swim and areas to run and play. When we visited they even had a community camp fire and music. We loved it!

Not sure why this is titled Lorraine Park. I thought we stayed at Harold Parker State Forest. Anyway, this is a very scenic campground with nicely spaced sites. We had a site on Frye Pond & it was gorgeous! No electricity if that matters. Water is available by the sites. We were across from the bathhouse, which was clean &...

Nice campground! We stayed on the group site which was very wooded and spacious. All went well and we had a great time. Bathrooms are what you would expect for a state campground. Not bad, not great. Close to all. A good stay.

Our visit to this campground exceeded our expectations. Compared with a nearby commercial campground, such as the one in Littleton, MA, the sites here are dramatically more spacious, private and scenic and cost considerably less. Although there are no electric hookups or sewer connections on the campsites, most of them have a water faucet next to the road. RV owners...

We really enjoyed out stay here except for having to drive the whole way around the loop each time to get to a bathroom. But other than that this place was very pretty with lots of room for our little camper. Clean bathrooms and very friendly staff!

We stayed here for two nights as part of a larger trip. The forest itself was beautiful. Majestic trees, scenic ponds. The campsites were VERY large and spread out offering lots of privacy. This made bathrooms a bit far though. Overall a lovely campground. Showers could use some improvements as there isn't really a place to put anything down (like...
