Hotel facilities are gorgeous, clean, and the design is so fun, cool, and creative. The staff has been polite and helpful. Our room feels warm and inviting, and I cannot stress enough how comfortable the bed is, and how awesomely the air conditioning is (have stayed at some hotels that just don’t get / feel cold). I have a feather allergy and the staff accommodated me and made sure to remove feather bedding and any other decorative pillows. The Poindexter coffee / convenience shop is well-appointed: had a small energy crash yesterday and wanted something healthy. I found FRESH CUT watermelon in a generously sized cup and it hit the spot. Such a cool hotel.

We always stay at the Graduate when we visit Annapolis. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the ambience interesting with the paintings, trophies, color design and palate and the location although not directly in the city dock area it is a short walk to Main Street and just down the street from Rams Head Stage and other restaurants. They offer food at the Graduate as well! It definitely fits our needs and is so convenient.

Pros: great location, room spacious and clean. Front desk generally friendly. Would stay again based on location, assuming could get a good deal on price. Issues: air quality in room was so hot and stuffy we all left with stuffed sinuses and sore throats. One night we had to run the AC in winter just to make it breathable. Among our special requests were a crib (advertised on website and in particular room description), and what we received was a crib with no mattress and a soiled rag folded in it. Thankfully our child is old enough to safely co-sleep in our bed for a night or two, but needless to say nobody slept. We requested our trash changed out one additional time, which didn’t happen. Like most hotels these days, most corners are cut re available toiletries, coffee in room, etc. Seems you’re really paying for location and maybe the “theme.” Parents come prepared to improvise.

The manager and receptionist were extremely helpful. The room was clean and it was made up each morning during our stay. This is the first hotel we have stayed in since Covid that cleaned the room daily, made the beds, changed sheets, and towels and took out the garbage. Best stay in a hotel since 2019

My husband and I were delighted that we selected The Graduate for our stay in Annapolis. The rooms were very large, lots of surface space, spotless, nicely "Navy" decorated and the shower was great with good water pressure. The bedding was very comfortable. The lobby was large and bright and the restaurant/bar was sooo fun with a variety of games at each table including an outside area -- when the garage doors/glass window pains were raised. The parking lot with plenty of parking on the premises was a plus - so convenient and less expensive than other hotels in Annapolis. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this unique hotel!

My wife and I stayed in a with an obstructed view out the window.
The hotel personnel were professional and friendly.
The exhaust fan in our bathroom did not function properly, which led to condensation on the mirror, lights and walls; it could also explain the patches of bubbling paint on the ceiling.
However, the remainder of the room was excellent.
Unfortunately, during our 2-night stay, housekeeping did not make up our room even once.
This was no big deal as we had enough towels for our entire stay. Plus, there may have been the possibility that the hotel is going green and only offers housekeeping upon request.
The hotel is in a great neighborhood; the art district.
Many good restaurants within walking distance.
FYI, parking in Annapolis can be challenging. Rather than pay the $25+ per day to park in the hotel garage, use the public garage one block away for only $10 per day.
In the event you need to drive a location beyond walking distance, check for public parking (garages and meters), or, if you're adventurous, try find parking on a residential, non-metered street, as long as you're not visiting an attraction for more than a couple of hours.
My wife and I very much enjoyed our visit to Annapolis and our stay at the Graduate.
We plan to again return to the area and have no reservations about again staying at this hotel.

The closet doors did not work. I had to lift and slide one open and leave it. The front desk showed me another room but only had one bed when my reservation was for 2 beds. It was okay with the door left open so I didn't ask for maintenance to repair it. Also, the night stand door pulls had sharp edges and were hard to open safely. The shower/tub controls were not easy to understand how to use. Although there was no noise from adjoining rooms, there was plenty of noise from atrium events that sometimes went on after 10pm. Our room was a disability access room #410 near the elevator and had a nice view. For a quieter room, avoid rooms near the elevator and opening to the atrium. A fellow traveler was on floor 6 and said it was the quietest room they ever stayed in. Floor 5 is the same with no opening to the atrium where events take place, sometimes after 10pm. The 3 banks of elevators worked well, Our room with 2 queen beds was spacious and had good lighting. The location was great too.

Service was great. Shoutout to Brandon who was efficient, professional and courteous helping us to unpack our stuff from the car after a long drive from NY, and then repacking our car on the way back. Great sandwiches at the little convenience shop. We were pleasantly surprised by the turkey club sandwiches we picked up for the ride home. Our room was clean. A/C was strong but a little clammy. Nevertheless, we were happy with the climate control. Would’ve been nice if they supplied slippers. Electrical outlets in some parts of our room provided intermittent power. This was especially frustrating because I was unable to supply power to my iPhone while in bed. Location is good — only a 3/4 of a mile walk to the heart of town. My floor was dog-friendly, so we were able to bring our 85 lb Labrador Retriever with us, and he loved the room (he didn’t have to worry about his iPhone charging). All in all it’s a solid (albeit not luxury) hotel

My husband and I stayed here for two nights for a midweek getaway to Annapolis. We started receiving emails and texts prior to our visit offering to help in any way possible to make our visit go smoothly. We arrived at the hotel hours before check in & since our room wasn’t ready, not a problem as we were very early, they offered to keep our luggage at the desk so we could explore the city. Within an hour, we received a text that our room was now ready, the staff is very text friendly which is an easy way to communicate while “on the go.” I had a request for housekeeping and texted to the front desk, and in 30 minutes housekeeping had already provided the requested items. The hotel and its staff seemed very focused on making your stay great. I also loved the decor of the hotel, themed around the Naval Academy and the furnishing were all very new and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future if I return to Annapolis.

Good morning William M,
Our renovations will be complete by the end of this month and our Grand Opening as the new Graduate Annapolis hotel will be November 19th! We hope to see you there!
I would call the hotel and ask honestly what is the noise situation. They stopped at 5 pm but were at it again by 8 am. We had somewhere to be but if I had wanted to sleep in I would have been irritated.
