I stayed here for a two-night getaway from life in DC and absolutely love the INN at Horn Point. The hospitality, my room, the location, coffee, breakfast—all fabulous. Cory and Carol are doing a fantastic job with COVID safety measures. I can’t wait to return.

Dear Kathleen. Praise and accolades are a "two-way street"! As we chatted over hand selected fresh fruit, locally roasted organic coffee and organic granola. we shared our similar, yet diverse backgrounds. I have experienced the lodging industry from a wide range of products, and there is no doubt that the Bed and Breakfast industry attracts a particular brand of traveler: passionate about the human benefits of social interaction, which is so obscure (even non existent) in today's COVID environment. You are extremely easy to get to know, wonderful to chat with and just a pleasure to have around. Thank you for choosing our INN as the place to spend your valuable spare time. We are looking forward to having you with us again soon. Warm regards, C&C

We had a wonderful two-night stay in the B&B's Annabelle room. Accommodations were perfect for us--separate entrance, dog friendly, comfortable king bed, our own yard and porch where we had breakfasts, and superb location in the heart of historic Eastport and just a short walk to Annapolis downtown, inner harbor, and Naval Academy. Hosts Carol and Cory made our stay really special--extraordinary hospitality, excellent breakfasts that came with extra chef touches, and lots of great conversation. Their restaurant recommendations--especially Vin 909 Winecafe--were right on target. Hat's off to Carol and Cory!

Dear AFJAG: Thank you for taking the time to reflect upon your stay in Annapolis with us. It is especially gratifying to receive such wonderful accolades from former B&B owners, the most experienced guests in the world! We really appreciate what you said. We're especially excited that you point out the ease of our quiet neighborhood location, where is also super easy to get around. Hopefully the two of you (and Daisey) will be able to return, and we can pick up on the conversation.....sharing ZZ Top stories. All the very best from C&C

Our stay at the Inn at Horn Point in Eastport was wonderful. The Inn is in a great location. We kayaked from a point right down the street. Downtown Annapolis is a short walk away. We sat by the fire pit at the end of picture perfect fall day and woke up to a delicious breakfast in the sun, sitting on the porch. Inn keepers are welcoming. They felt like friends!

Dear Helene and "J", You two are so cute! We too enjoyed the spontaneous visit by the fire pit. Thank you for the wonderful review of all of the activities that you enjoyed. Prior to Annapolis, I had moved eight times during my exciting hotel career. Carol and I have also done extensive overseas travel. But when asked to relocate from Annapolis, which would have been the ninth move, we found that the true charm of Annapolis was found in the brief description of your weekend in Eastport. And it's the reason that we are still here, nearly 30 years later. We look forward to visiting with you and "J" again. C&C

One night tucked in at the Inn at Horn Point was a lovely mini vacation. While every care has been taken to help guests feel safe during this time of concerns about COVID 19, guests may feel welcomed and special in the beautifully decorated parlor and dining room and guest rooms. Breakfast was pleasing to eye and palate. The Chesapeake Room well appointed including the sink in a dresser in the bedroom and nice reading lamps over the bed. The owners had good recommendations for dinner as well.

Dear Carolyn, Your time having been set aside to post a review is so very much appreciated. We can't thank you enough. Up front, we wanted to amend the name of the room that you so wonderfully described in case a guest should want to follow your recommendation. Your guest room was Maemere. We appreciate the great observation that you made about out COVID procedures, and can't wait to be able to cautiously revert back to our pre-COVID normal thorough cleaning. One guest commented "I trust that you all are taking care of your guests during COVID, but I don't want to be reminded about it". We get that, and though we are certainly doing our very best, we want your experience to be memorable, relaxing and above all else safe. Now to make it seamless. Warm regards, C&C

Fantastic breakfast in Eastport/ Annapolis. Cory and Carol consistently deliver a fantastic breakfast created with care from local and other carefully sourced ingredients. Sitting outside it is very COVID safe and is in a delightful garden setting. Keeps us as locals coming back over and over!

Julie (and B), We really appreciate that you are neighbors, and that you have chosen to support our efforts to mitigate the impacts of COVID by coming to breakfast multiple times. Many folks don't know that we are serving breakfast to folks from the outside...folks that did not necessarily spend the night, behaving more like a restaurant. We initiated this change during the height of COVID to keep the lights on. Over 200 neighbors gave us support during the tough months. It was so popular, and we enjoyed it so much that we have continued to invite outside guests just for breakfast. So, thank you for giving us a platform to remind folks about this adaptation. We'll see you and B soon! C&C
