The Inn at Horn Point is a nicely decorated B&B in the historic Eastport district of Annapolis, a short walk to restaurants and the downtown area. What we really liked was the hospitality Cory and Carol gave us during our stay. Their knowledge of the area really helped steer us in the right direction for sights, restaurants, etc. If you are looking for a moderately prices amazing B&B be sure to consider try this Inn. We will definitely be Back!

Dear R and MH. I could be wrong, but I think this was your 3rd or perhaps 4rth visit to the INN, your first at our new location. Thank you both so much for posting comments about your stay. We couldn't help but to notice that this is your first (hopefully not the last) post to TA, and that makes the effort you went to that much more precious to us. Carol and I are delighted that you enjoyed the renovations and the location as much as our previous INN, and we look forward to seeing you both again in the very near future. All the best, C&C

Still my home away from home, the Inn at Horn Point continues to provide honest, heartfelt, hospitality in their new digs on Burnside. The new location is ideally situated near everything we love about Eastport and downtown Annapolis, where the owners Cory and Carol build upon their legacy of providing intimate experiences for all of their guests. Whether it's your first visit or your 20th like me, you will feel right at home... but with the added pleasure of a gourmet breakfast!

Dear 6AF (sounds like a CIA code name), whether or not you are an agent, we appreciate the fact that you took the time to share your thoughts with us as well as the traveling community. There are so many competing priorities. We recognize that fact and genuinely take seriously and absorb the message behind each and every expression. Now in our 20th year, your reference to 20 visits is all the more poignant. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. C&C

As avid fans of the former Inn, we came to the new site on Burnside Road hoping Cory and Carol could pull off a great second act.
They have. While the layout is different, the same gracious amenities, comfort and fantastic food have been preserved. Our room, Sequoia, had a huge bathroom, a lovely gas fired fireplace, and those divine sheets I can’t find in real life.
We had an unforgettable omelet chez Cory and fresh fruit plates tailored to our respective preferences each morning.

The Covid precautions here continue to surpass any industry standard.

This Inn is a work in progress, with gardening and grounds developing as spring unfolds. I understand further renovations in the house itself are planned.

Expect the same dedication, charm and care that distinguished the Inn from the start.

Dear Jane G., Honestly, I have goose-bumps. Travel writer Rick Steves needs to find a new job and make room for a fresh new approach. Thank you so much for the fabulous write up. We are humbled and looking forward to seeing you again and again. Thanks also for pointing out the renovations. As I'm writing this response, it's Monday, 03 May. The full on renovations started today. It's after 5 pm and all of the hammering and sawing have stopped for the day. We are adding two new bathrooms and updating the third. We're putting in a new, fantastic commercial kitchen to better handle what we love to do best, cook and share food for our guests. We'll see you again soon. C&C

Carol and Cory went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special by decorating our room door; making secret arrangements with local restaurants for personalized birthday menus, cards from the staff, and complimentary desserts. They allowed us to visit with family (who were not inn guests) all afternoon in their gorgeous outdoor garden areas. We couldn't have been given better hospitality. Hope we can return next year!

Dear DKcathyv: (pssst, we actually know who you are, but we're not allowed to use your real names. It's kinda like the witness protection program, without the paranoia.) Anyway, thanks so much to you and your husband for choosing to share the occasion of his 75th birthday with us. It was our pleasure to have your friends and family here to make certain the celebration was complete. You mentioned the possibility of doing this again next year. Carol and I say, "why wait til next year?". Live life to its' fullest. C&C

The Inn at Horn Point is a special place. If you enjoy delicious food, attentive hosts, and a visually delightful and unusual space in which to relax, you've found your nirvana. Carol and Cory go to great lengths to create an atmosphere where you will truly feel your every need is catered to. The breakfasts are remarkable. Both of the hosts are creative in their own special way. Cory's joy in creating beautiful dishes, served in the most artistic way imaginable makes breakfast magical. We thoroughly enjoyed Carol's sense of color and style, which makes each room a one-of-a-kind environment. Every time you turn around, you notice something else that is charming, inventive, and fun in the rooms. They are also warm and intuitive people, which makes for a stay that could not be more different than "normal" lodging.

Carol and Cory were wonderful hosts of a lovely B&B. The Inn is immaculate with modern style and amenities. The area is beautiful and close to all that Annapolis has to offer. The grounds are exquisite, well-kept and tastefully landscaped, and the breakfast was delicious, as the sign suggests. I really appreciated all the things Carol & Cory do for the earth. They use no chemicals in the landscape, minimize the use of plastic, and are thoughtful in their food selections. I stayed with my tween daughter, and we both enjoyed our time very much, along with the top-notch hospitality we received. It was a highlight of our trip to Annapolis.

A bonus was all the wildlife. I didn't expect to hear the howl of a fox, to see a giant hawk in a tree, to see the blue heron wading in the water, to see many bats eating mosquitoes at dusk; all within the city limits of Annapolis. There's a beautiful, water-front wooded area just down the street. The neighbors were lovely, as well as the hosts. I genuinely can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. Carol and Cory, thanks for all you do to provide high quality, thoughtful lodging.

If you're considering a stay at Inn at Horn Point, don't delay. I'd give 10 "stars" if I could.

Thank you so much for taking time from your day to share your experience with others. We loved the review about all of the wildlife, and it means so much more knowing where you live!! The innkeepers, Cory and Carol, were very experienced and did everything top-notch! My husband and I stayed for two nights and didn't drive our car until we left to go home. The Inn is beautiful and spotlessly clean, and the location is ideal for walking to the harbor, the shopping district, the historic district, as well as many great restaurants! (You don't need to worry about parking, which is hard to come by in town, especially when there is a boat show in the harbor!) It has a nice place to sit inside or out surrounded by nice landscaping. The house itself is very historic, but Cory and Carol did an excellent job on the renovations without losing any of the character of the property. The breakfasts were fantastic! They always started us off with fruit, then the first morning we had "baked oatmeal", which was delicious! The second morning we had scrambled eggs with herbs and feta cheese, plus a slice of homemade banana bread! Absolutely scrumptious! Cory and Carol were both very friendly and helpful, but Cory is the real talker! We so enjoyed talking with him, and found out that we went to the same college - just four years apart! We had a wonderful time in Annapolis and we highly recommend this Inn!

Jose S.: Thank you so much for taking the time to say a few words about our new location. Carol and I are very excited that you find the INN at Horn Point (the Sequel) another rare find. And we agree...one of the attributes to our new place is the proximity to the water. The orientation to life in Annapolis is all about the water. And though we are not on it, it is great to sit at the fire pit with a glass of wine and gaze. Come back as soon as you can. We ALWAYS enjoy your company! C&C

A clean and cozy B&B in a great location, run by a personable and friendly couple. Cory and Carol are amazing hosts. It was a pleasure getting to know them. Breakfasts were homemade, mostly organic, and delicious...better than you'll find in most 5-star restaurants. They also accommodated a special breakfast request for us without fuss. Clean rooms with modern amenities. Many great restaurants nearby, and all of Cory/Carol's recommendations were hits. [We tried and enjoyed Carrolls Creek, Forward Brewing, and Davis' Pub]. Another big plus is free street parking with plenty of available spaces. Very quiet street with virtually no traffic. Easy walking distance to downtown Annapolis.
Tip: If you plan to watch any TV during your stay, be sure to bring your TV internet service username/passwords (for FuboTV, Disney Plus, etc...)

DrummerKO: It was a special pleasure meeting and chatting with you two. More than favorably comparing with other types of overnight accommodations, Carol and I are fortunate to be able to spend time over a leisurely breakfast getting to know our guests personally and attending to their needs on the fly. As you pointed out, we have never met a diet or an aversion that we could not gleefully deliver, and we look forward to having you both back when you have that precious window to catch up with each other in a relaxing environment like Eastport. I knew I was onto something special when I first saw the photos and the reviews on the website, so booked a 3-night stay at The Inn at Horn Point without a second thought. My husband and I had signed up for local sailing lessons, and wanted to stay somewhere close to the sailing school, even though we anticipated spending most of our time on the water. Little did we imagine Hurricane Ian, whose winds wreaked havoc on our plans; lessons were canceled! Thanks to Carol and Cory, though, our weekend was far from wrecked. We had a wonderful time as their guests! Their warmth and friendliness were the silver linings of the storm clouds for us, and a delightful accompaniment to the charm of their beautiful home. Not only did they graciously upgrade our reservation to a somewhat larger room, Carol and Cory gave us great suggestions for food, fun, and flea-market finds. And while we could write a book on their delicious, gourmet breakfasts, suffice it to say that we have never eaten as well at a B&B, despite my several, and not-easily accommodated, dietary limitations. We ate like royalty; enjoying, each morning, at least two courses of lovingly prepared culinary creations . We look forward to rebooking our sailing lessons for next year, and to staying at The Inn at Horn Point once again!

Dear Fellow Traveler(s)......secretly J. and B. Have you ever considered an additional career as a travel writer? Even if your stay had turned out poorly, your prose would have made the worst experience sound like a romance novel. As it was, we were fortunate to have you two and to be able to deliver services and hospitality that you found pleasing and for that we are grateful. Thank you for your wonderful and wonderfully written review. Carol and I (perhaps) are looking forward to having you back as much or more than you are to completing your sailing class. Until we see you again, warmest regards. C&C
