The Inn at Horn Point is a special place. If you enjoy delicious food, attentive hosts, and a visually delightful and unusual space in which to relax, you've found your nirvana. Carol and Cory go to great lengths to create an atmosphere where you will truly feel your every need is catered to. The breakfasts are remarkable. Both of the hosts are creative in their own special way. Cory's joy in creating beautiful dishes, served in the most artistic way imaginable makes breakfast magical. We thoroughly enjoyed Carol's sense of color and style, which makes each room a one-of-a-kind environment. Every time you turn around, you notice something else that is charming, inventive, and fun in the rooms. They are also warm and intuitive people, which makes for a stay that could not be more different than "normal" lodging.

Dear Happy Traveler: With over 50 TA posts, you are an undeniably seasoned traveler and "experience sharer" and we are truly honored to receive such a glowing review. Please note that we are only human and we make mistakes from time to time. With that said, we not only work fast to correct errors; but we will also do our very best to at least equal the delivery of breakfast and service to match your remarks. We will strive to exceed them. Thank you for your comments and we look forward to seeing you again. C&C

The Inn at Horn Point is a nicely decorated B&B in the historic Eastport district of Annapolis, a short walk to restaurants and the downtown area. What we really liked was the hospitality Cory and Carol gave us during our stay. Their knowledge of the area really helped steer us in the right direction for sights, restaurants, etc. If you are looking for a moderately prices amazing B&B be sure to consider try this Inn. We will definitely be Back!

Dear R and MH. I could be wrong, but I think this was your 3rd or perhaps 4rth visit to the INN, your first at our new location. Thank you both so much for posting comments about your stay. We couldn't help but to notice that this is your first (hopefully not the last) post to TA, and that makes the effort you went to that much more precious to us. Carol and I are delighted that you enjoyed the renovations and the location as much as our previous INN, and we look forward to seeing you both again in the very near future. All the best, C&C

Carol and Cory were wonderful hosts of a lovely B&B. The Inn is immaculate with modern style and amenities. The area is beautiful and close to all that Annapolis has to offer. The grounds are exquisite, well-kept and tastefully landscaped, and the breakfast was delicious, as the sign suggests. I really appreciated all the things Carol & Cory do for the earth. They use no chemicals in the landscape, minimize the use of plastic, and are thoughtful in their food selections. I stayed with my tween daughter, and we both enjoyed our time very much, along with the top-notch hospitality we received. It was a highlight of our trip to Annapolis. A bonus was all the wildlife. I didn't expect to hear the howl of a fox, to see a giant hawk in a tree, to see the blue heron wading in the water, to see many bats eating mosquitoes at dusk; all within the city limits of Annapolis. There's a beautiful, water-front wooded area just down the street. The neighbors were lovely, as well as the hosts. I genuinely can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. Carol and Cory, thanks for all you do to provide high quality, thoughtful lodging. If you're considering a stay at Inn at Horn Point, don't delay. I'd give 10 "stars" if I could.

Carol and Cory were the perfect hosts. The B&B is a great location within walking distance to downtown Annapolis and the Navel Academy. We were able to leave our car there to avoid any parking fees. Super clean. The breakfast was equal to a five star restaurant. The entire home was decorated with beautiful relics from the area. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for making our first experience in the Annapolis a WIN. Nancy and Dave

Carol and Cory went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special by decorating our room door; making secret arrangements with local restaurants for personalized birthday menus, cards from the staff, and complimentary desserts. They allowed us to visit with family (who were not inn guests) all afternoon in their gorgeous outdoor garden areas. We couldn't have been given better hospitality. Hope we can return next year!

Dear DKcathyv: (pssst, we actually know who you are, but we're not allowed to use your real names. It's kinda like the witness protection program, without the paranoia.) Anyway, thanks so much to you and your husband for choosing to share the occasion of his 75th birthday with us. It was our pleasure to have your friends and family here to make certain the celebration was complete. You mentioned the possibility of doing this again next year. Carol and I say, "why wait til next year?". Live life to its' fullest. C&C

Dear MBscotta: Thank you for discovering our full-service Bed&Breakfast and our jewel of a neighborhood, close to everything that our historic seaport has to offer without the congestion. As you pointed out, you can dine, shop and enjoy a special collection of pubs/breweries (even a local vineyard) just minutes from our location. We look forward to having you two with us in the near future and thank you for taking the time to tell other travelers about your unique experience here. All the very best, C&C

A clean and cozy B&B in a great location, run by a personable and friendly couple. Cory and Carol are amazing hosts. It was a pleasure getting to know them. Breakfasts were homemade, mostly organic, and delicious...better than you'll find in most 5-star restaurants. They also accommodated a special breakfast request for us without fuss. Clean rooms with modern amenities. Many great restaurants nearby, and all of Cory/Carol's recommendations were hits. [We tried and enjoyed Carrolls Creek, Forward Brewing, and Davis' Pub]. Another big plus is free street parking with plenty of available spaces. Very quiet street with virtually no traffic. Easy walking distance to downtown Annapolis. Tip: If you plan to watch any TV during your stay, be sure to bring your TV internet service username/passwords (for FuboTV, Disney Plus, etc...)

DrummerKO: It was a special pleasure meeting and chatting with you two. More than favorably comparing with other types of overnight accommodations, Carol and I are fortunate to be able to spend time over a leisurely breakfast getting to know our guests personally and attending to their needs on the fly. As you pointed out, we have never met a diet or an aversion that we could not gleefully deliver, and we look forward to having you both back when you have that precious window to catch up with each other in a relaxing environment like Eastport. Very nice, quiet and clean room with air purifier. Products in the room were organic. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. And, other visitors were extremely friendly, educated and entertaining. The only thing lacking was an accessible coffee maker and ice machine.

Dear marinatV5506OB: We are very sorry that we did not know you preferred an accessible coffee maker, which we have on property at all times. We only put it out when a guest indicates that they like to have coffee first thing, and maybe first thing fluctuates, and may include a moment in time when the sun has not yet risen. Just, please, let us know the next time. Carol and I read a lot about food and we meet with food and coffee experts to learn the absolute best methods of preparation. Speaking of coffee in particular, we are sticklers about serving the absolute freshest, best tasting organic coffee we have experienced. We never have a pot of stale coffee just sitting out all day. Instead, our coffee is delivered whole bean every two weeks and is roasted the day before delivery. If it sits out for more than a half hour, we throw it out and start over. You are correct that we do not have an ice maker in the guest area; but we do have a guest refrigerator for all to use. And we also make it a habit of delivering ice to the guest rooms on demand. Again, we did not know that you would have liked ice. It definitely seems like some short comings on our communication and operating style. Please accept our appologies for missing the boat on this go round, and let's make sure that we cover these topics upon arrival on your next visit. We look forward to seeing you agian. C&C

Wonderful location, close to all that Annapolis has to offer. Hosts were very gracious as we were there for a family occasion and in and out meeting with them. Guest room was cute and quirky with private bath. Just wish that we had more time to enjoy the B&B.

Bennett. We really enjoy getting the feed back from our guests. It is one of the most important things that motivates us to do what we do.....and we use the observations that folks share to practice our goal of continuous improvement. You mentioned the word "quirky", and it is certainly a word that Carol and I have come to embrace over the years. We just finished a massive renovation, and our builder/friend of 30 years refers to it as "whimsical", and it has become our way of blending together old and new styles to both keep the terrific character of past master craftsmen in the forefront of what you see when you are with us, while not even attempting to imitate the old-world style can never be replicated. Thank you for your comments and we look forward to seeing you both again. C&C

Well appointed room (Palisades), but what made our stay even better was the warmth and friendliness from Cory and Carol. I'd book again just to see what menu creations they'd come up thr next time! In addition, they provided a list of restaurant recommendations that made our dinner selection very easy.

Dear Relax (great travel title by the way), you two are terrific to take a moment to tell your story. Our lives are hectic, and some times the last thing you want to even think about is adding a Trip Advisor review. I can say from experience, I have ignored more than one opportunity to pass on my thoughts on a travel related message, even when that was exactly what I wanted to do. So, kudos to you! And we will definitely look forward to having you both back with us soon. C&C
