Our first trip to the area and only my second trip to the USA. I did not know what to expect but the B and B and the hospitality of the hosts made it special. This is a lovely old building and Bob and Graham have lovingly invested in the upkeep and improvements . It is well and tastefully finished... More

We love going to Annapolis and our favorite place to stay is the 201 Bed & Breakfast. This was our second visit (April 2016) and we stayed at the top of the in on the 3rd floor. We loved our room – The Crow’s Nest. Our hosts, Graham and Bob are wonderful! We enjoyed our breakfast conversations with them and... More

After a long flight and then long drive from Washington Dulles airport it was great to arrive in such an oasis of calm. Graham's directions to the B&B were spot on and very easy to follow. We had booked 4 nights in the Admiral's room, at the front of the house but still very quiet, which is a fair size... More

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Two-0-One bed and breakfast for our anniversary. Graham and Bob are very accommodating hosts. We enjoy Annapolis and all of the shops and restaurants. We will return!

We just stayed at this great B&B last night and it is in an absolutely fabulous location, close to everything! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the historical Maryland State House and even the United States Naval Academy. Our hosts, Bob and Graham, have a beautiful home filled with antiques. Our room was very comfy and the breakfast serviced was wonderful!... More

I have stayed here 4 times in the past year and am never disappointed. Bob and Graham are great hosts and the rooms are comfortable elegant and filled with antiques. Always had a fantastic breakfast and it was offered to be served early due to our travel requirements. The garden is full of birds in the summer and spring. I... More

We have stayed in Annapolis many times because we have so much fun in town. This was the fourth B&B we visited and we were impressed when we walked in the door. I had spoken to Graham, one of the owner/innkeepers several times before our stay and enjoy his spirited sense of humor. If you read the info on the... More

My husband and I went for the weekend to Annapolis and stayed at the 201 B&B. We stayed in the Crow's Nest which is on the third floor. The room was nicely appointed with a four poster bed. It was extremely comfortable. The house is decorated with all antiques as well as period furniture. The dining room was so welcoming... More

We loved the room, the location and most important Graham and Bob. Excellent garden and outstanding breakfast prepared by our hosts. Our hosts even drove us to our wedding party event which was nearby. Parking was great to have in such a crowded area as Annapolis. We felt secure and safe and well cared for.
