My best friend and I stayed here for a girl's weekend in the beginning of July, 2016. This was our second trip to Annapolis, so we had a good idea of what we were looking for in terms of a place to stay - good location, somewhere to park, and not too expensive. I looked up information on nearly every... More

There were 18 of us that stayed in 9 rooms of the "lodge" of Gibson's and it was terrific!! Air Conditioning was a necessity during the 100 degree days we were there and the rooms/common area stayed nice and COOL! The staff was very accommodating and helpful, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the amenities were plentiful. The B... More

We loved our stay at Gibson's Lodgings. It was our first time in Annapolis, so this small hotel in historic downtown Annapolis was perfect. Gibson's is literally next-door to the Naval Academy, in beautifully maintained18th century houses, and a short walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. There are comfortable common areas, both inside and out, the rooms are... More

I booked this B&B online after reading reviews on tripadvisor, and I'm so glad I did! We were two couples, so II booked two Queen rooms, and when we arrived we found out that they upgraded us to 2 King rooms...because they were available! Both rooms were large, with large-screen TV's, comfortable chairs, and very comfortable beds. The mattresses were... More

I only write reviews of hotels when I am blown away with something great. Well, this past weekend, my bride of 43 years and I visited Annapolis and stayed at Gibson's Lodgings. I am telling anyone reading this- if you want to be treated like your business is truly appreciated, this is the place. First, the location is unbelievable. Literally,... More

I cannot say enough great things about this B&B. One example of their great service is I asked one of the ladies (Meredith I think) who runs the B&B if there was anyway I could have champagne in the room when we arrived. She was quick to say yes and she even offered to add cookies. I really appreciated her... More

This is a great spot. You feel right at home as soon as you walk through the door. And you can't beat it in terms of location and price. We stayed in Paterson room -- very lovely. Room was good size with a beautiful bathroom.

We stopped in Annapolis overnight on what happened to be commissioning week at the Naval Academy. Gibson's Lodgings are located a block away from the busy downtown port and adjacent to the Naval Academy. The Inn was very clean and breakfast was included. The room was small but had everything we needed. There is some outdoor space as well. We... More

We stayed here while attending a friends retirement from the navy. From the time we checked in til we checked out we were made to feel like we were home. Everyone was so helpful and our room was beautiful. Everything was so close we didn't have to drive anywhere. The breakfast was delicious. Looking forward to visiting again

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We are fully remodeled and under new ownership as of December 2010. The three houses on the property, circa 1770, 1890, 1988, offer 20 rooms as well as a small meeting room. This is a great and distinctive place to stay while learning about the abundant history of the Annapolis area. We are conveniently next to the Naval Academy and only a half block from the City Docks. Two of the buildings are historic town houses: the Patterson (a 1760s Federal Georgian with 5 rooms and our main office & dining room) and the Berman (a 1890s house with a porch and 9 bedrooms, one equipped for travelers with disabilities). Behind them is the Lauer House, a 1988 addition with six king suites, a full kitchen and a sitting room that can serve as a meeting room. Filled with both antiques and reproductions, the bedrooms are of varying sizes. A central patio and courtyard serve as a common area for all three buildings. We offer free courtyard parking with your stay and a continental breakfast (including a hot waffle bar) each morning from 7:30-10:30. All our rooms are air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi access along with flat-screen televisions, hair dryers and access to an iron and ironing board. A selected number of rooms are pet friendly with a $35 fee. ... more   less
