If you ever need to be reminded that there is still good customer service, please stay at this hotel. we had our wedding schedule the day the Blizzard 2016 hit. I have never been so SATIFIED as I was here with the staff! Katrina and Elizabeth in sales made everything happen regardless. Not to mention the GM assisted with getting... More

I stayed at the Courtyard while visiting friends after Christmas for a couple nights. This building holds two hotels, the Residence Inn is next door and there is a hallway in between. The Courtyard does not give its guests the free breakfast buffet while the Residence Inn does. I get this. But during my stay, the breakfast buffet was set... More

Hello and thank you for your review. We appreciate all reviews as it not only helps travelers decide what hotel is best for them, but it also serves to allow others to share in your experience as well. In all fairness, we want to ensure it is also an accurate depiction. Yes, during our Residence Inn lobby renovation, we are... More

We stayed with our family and some of our team baseball families for a weekend tournament in August 2015. We returned for another tournament in November but stayed at the Residence Inn on that occasion. I will compare the two here: Food - Winner: Residence Inn You pay a little more, but you get a great breakfast included with your... More

Hello and thank you for the very thorough review! Both sides of the building certainly have their advantages. The pool and fitness center are shared and the kids do love to take dip after playing a game of baseball! Our Residence Inn is geared for extended stay guests, but it is perfect for any length of stay, especially when traveling... More

The Courtyard Aberdeen at Ripken Stadium has a couple of things going for it. First, if you're playing in a tournament on the grounds, you are steps away from the fields (nice, especially if you have a 7am start time!). There are rooms that face the field, so you can watch action without going outside. The Marriott also has the... More

Hello AngelasTravelTips - Thank you the thorough review. We are in a great spot to enhance you baseball Ripken experience. I will be sure to look into why the market was so depleted. We do get hit hard on some weekends, but generally having our Home Plate Cafe, Bistro, and Markets, is usually enough. We will correct this for sure!... More

Very nice, clean hotel. They have the most comfortable beds I have had at any marriott branded hotel. Rooms are larger than typical courtyards, lobby is very large and inviting as well. Front desk staff was not the best, did not bother to recognize me as platinum and seemed untrained.

There's not a great deal to say about this hotel; if you like baseball and associated paraphernalia it's probably pretty good. I do not. The staff are efficient, and also on the whole friendly. The guest of the day notice could be seen as pretty divisive. Also the bistro prices are way over the top. In short, this hotel is... More

Hello and thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I'm sorry the hotel's overall theme was not more to your liking. Being on a baseball complex, it generally goes over well. We do have a guest of the day program where a guest can be focused and recognized by the team here. It's just a gesture... More

This courtyard is nice, seems fairly new and was clean. I only have one complaint about the building itself...well maybe two. Once there is no covered area over the side door by the parking lot, so its its raining have your key ready to get in the building. And a minor complaint is no HD channels! Its 2015 that should... Greeting Chris_Hutch98 - Thank you for sharing your experience while staying with us. We can certainly look into coverage for the side door to the building to battle the inclement weather. The front and back entrances do have the canopies, so we will look at the same for the side of the building. I am also happy to report that... More

Travelling from NH to VA for business. Pulled off to stop after 7 hrs and picked this hotel as have found Marriott to always be clean. Hotel very nice but got gouged on the price because we had not booked ahead. $260 for the night........really.....and that is room only, no breakfast. Room was ok, clean, staff polite.

Have been there several times. The building is very cool, it is a replica of the right field warehouse at Oriole Park. In the summer kids come to participate in the various programs of Ripken Baseball along with the minor league ballpark right next door. Can be very expensive to stay and the bar prices are crazy.
