This was a one night stop for us but service was great and room was perfect. We were in a two bedroom suite and it was the perfect size for our family. The breakfast area was very busy but they also have outdoor seating.
I've stayed at this property numerous times. The rooms are well-appointed, always very clean and the staff is just exceptional. Every person I encounter at the front desk or breakfast area is warm and friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate to stay here!
The hotel has a great location. The staff was amazing. as was housekeeping. The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was also good. Bottled water was free which was a great touch and appreciated. My single complaint was very poor water pressure in the shower.
Spent over 175 nights at this property. Scott Laura's Team provided an extraordinary experience. Facilities, Rooms, Housekeeping, Front Desk and Cafeteria were magnificent. I would strongly recommend this property if you have to conduct business in the twin cities Lewiston/Auburn.
Our multi-day stay here was outstanding. We were warmly greeted when we arrived and were excited to get a room upgrade. Our room was clean and comfortable having everything we needed. There were sufficient luggage carts to bring in our things and the parking lot was spacious. Linens were fine and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with hot eggs, sausages, corned beef, waffles, pastries, cheeses, fresh fruit, and more, All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Most importantly, there was no noise making for a great nights sleep. This hotel is a keeper!
We are currently staying in this hotel. We are a family of 5. We are staying in the 2 bedroom unit. We are staying for 7 nights. Spending over $1700. Every night we have been here and every morning we have been here we have had to deal with cigarette smoke. Not from a previous guest, but from a guest in a nearby room. We mentioned it to the front desk shortly after arriving. We mentioned it again on our 3rd night and were told a manager would contact us the next day…he didn’t. Then I mentioned it the next day and was promised again that a manager would contact me ASAP. The next day I received a call in the afternoon with an apology and an offer to move me to a new room. I received a call later telling me that they couldn’t move me. I have been offered a discount for the remaining 2 nights which will be the equivalent of about 8% off my total bill for having to smell smoke every night. I have expressed my displeasure and was told that it was the maximum discount allowed by corporate. I have also learned today from family members who live locally that they have experienced the exact same thing here. We are regular travelers who will no longer stay at Marriott hotels.…
we are loyal marriott stayers.. we have been in Marriotts all over the US...it was clean.. the pools was prefect and .. The staff took time to talk to us and took great care of customers. We had a small car problem and the manager gave us all the info we needed to to get it fixed within minutes..We will be back
The staff was very responsive & friendly, but our room (& our friend's room which was on a different floor) reeked of smoke. A lot of smokers seem to be at the hotel as there are cigarette butts all over the outside. Also, 90% of the guests weren't wearing masks in the hallways, in the middle of the COVID pandemic. They also weren't keeping their distance. The hotel said they could only recommend that guests wear masks... THe property location is at a super busy intersection surrounded by strip malls so there is nowhere to take a stroll.
We have been customers of BONVOY for years and have always had a great stay. We have literally stayed for months at a Residence Inn in NY while renovations were done on our home. That is why we were so shocked at our experience here. We checked in to the hotel for a 5 night stay. In the middle of the night, a roach crawled onto my pillow and into my hair. I did not sleep all night. In the morning we spoke to the front desk, and while apologetic, the response was only that they were sorry and would have housekeeping pay more attention to the rooms. Not exactly confidence building in the era of COVID. We paid for the night, and promptly booked another hotel. Very disappointed.
This was a simple one night stay. The upgraded room was very clean, spacious and had all the items needed for a long pleasant stay. Customer service was excellent. The only knock we had was we had an early departure (7:00 am) and were hoping for some of the included breakfast. They did not, however, open the doors to the breakfast area although were were sitting in the area waiting. We left at 6:45 and the area was still closed. Other than that a great stay!
