I really like the location of this place because there are plenty of sites to check out nearby. The AC works well, the wifi was awesome, and my room had a private entrance to the roof! It was a beautiful room and I felt very relaxed. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The only thing was that my room... More

Spent three nights in this hotel and would recommend it as a decent place to stay while visiting Panama City. Our flight arrived really early in the morning, so we arranged with the hotel to check in very early, which was great after such a long haul! The hotel is inauspicious from the outside - no obvious reception area so... More

This was a last minute booking as we couldn't find any other place recommended in guidebooks in the Casca Viejo area for the weekend. After a bit of online research, we found Casa Angtigua. We called the place but couldn't communicate well with the person on the other end so we hung up and booked the last suite available (according... More

I am very disturbed at your report which in no way reflects the service we expect to provide. My sincere apologies and if there is any way I can personally discuss this with you I would much appreciate the opportunity . The staff members involved have been released as their performance was certainly not in compliance with our rules. Please... More

Originally, I was planning on staying at Luna Castle Hostel for $110.00 for the week. Incredible price but no A/C and I was not in mood for rooming with a couple other ladies which prompted me to go next door. What a surprise! Although the hotel entrance was a long narrow hallway which led to the small Casa Antigua Office.... More

The description and photos are not helpful. The entrance Is down a long dark hallway off the street. There is no lobby, only a small space with a large dangerous box in the middle of the floor. I lifted the lid to find a dark hole with swirling water. I was informed this was the water for the hotel. Unbelievable.... More

We stayed in the most expensive room at U$ 165 per night over a week end. There was no running water for 2 days as the pump had broken down. We asked for compensation and the front Manager told us that he would ask the owner to favourably consider but so far nothing, They say that the whole area had... More

If staying up all hours of the night due to noise is what you are looking for then by all means consider staying. Excessive loud music from the bar downstairs made sleeping impossible for me until around 4:00 a.m. on several nights. Our suite was very dirty; cleaning tip taken but nothing cleaned in the suite until we issued a... More

The pictures look better than reality, but this hotel was still a good option, especially due to its amazing location and great views. We stayed in Kliemann, which was expensive, but had a kitchen, two balconies and two separate rooms. The wifi worked well and the breakfast was included. If I were to do it again, I would probably have... More

We had the top room which was amazingly quiet during the Christmas fireworks. They bring you a nice breakfast when the restaurant was closed. Great ac and kitchenette. The old city is small with not that many hotels so book early. Old city only place to stay for a romantic visit. Secret bar next door and downstairs. Awesome
