I stayed here in March 2020 and the room was not very clean. The service was poor. The food was very good. It was super expensive for what it was. I was supposed to get a refund that I never received. Every time I call I get the run around. It's better to stay in a place where the people managing the hotel are honest. Do not stay here!!! It will save you frustration later on.
Stayed one night here . The staff were wonderful and although the noise was loud outside (not their control as it was Saturday night) we still had a comfortable and clean room. Would recommend this if you want to get into the bars and clubs on the street but still nice for a calm and peaceful romantic break. We virtually had the place to ourselves and the breakfast was fantastic ! Thanks to all
First of all I am not sure if it is fair to rate 3 stars only because of the political problems the country is experiencing at the moment. It is 25 minutes by taxi to get to the hotel. I only stayed here because of my flight. I believe I was the only guest. I had a room next to the restaurant which is noisy. The breakfast was very very basic and the dinner too. The garden and pool are amazing and the rest is cozy and country style. The rooms are clean too. 3 stars because my room could use a renovation and because of the location of the room.
Spent 1 night on our way to Leon and would have enjoyed another night. The rooms are on the small size but there is no reason to sit in the room as the grounds and public areas are beautiful. Being at the small bar in back was like being in a friend's back yard. Thank you to the man who made me a Pina Colada it was perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We spent four nights in Los Robles. The rooms were clean and had all we needed (water pitchers, magnifying mirror, TV, hairdryer). The garden is serene with many bird-sightings. The staff were friendly and the little restaurant (for breakfast and dinners) was terrific. They even met us at the airport upon our arrival. Highly recommended if you will be in Managua.
We spent one night at Los Robles on our way back to the U.S. from another resort and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spare but immaculately clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the small courtyard and pool area are lovely. Only suggestion is to request a room toward the pool area versus the front of the hotel where breakfast is served, since the noise carries and we were awakened by the first people to eat breakfast at 7:00.
Seems like a converted home of a rich merchant. Lovely courtyard, with rooms along the side, and the garden with high walls and swimming pool is a haven. Rooms are small, but lovely, and breakfast is good.
A great place to stay in the city, we used this as our first night having arrived very late from the airport, but we were given an excellent welcome. A great breakfast and it’s worth wandering round or relaxing in the garden. In particular, when I thought I had lost my iphone, the staff made every effort to help locate it. Turned out it wasn’t in the hotel at all, so my fault, but many thanks to the hotel staff for their diligent search.
This is a genuinely delightful hotel. Elegant public spaces and comfortable rooms. Cocktails excellent made with fresh fruit. Very good breakfast. But we could find no good reason for stopping in Managua if it can be avoided. It is only 90 minutes to Leon!
After 24 hours of travelling we arrived here at about 20:30 in the pouring rain. Even though it was very dark there was a member of staff outside in the torrential rain with an umbrella awaiting our arrival. We were quickly ushered-in to the pleasant reception area. Whilst we checked-in (which took only a few minutes) our bags were retrieved from the taxi and delivered to our lovely and comfortable room. To top it all off we were offered a complementary welcome drink which was fantastic. The room was very quant, relaxing and offered everything you could want. The bed was super comfortable. Sadly, we were only staying for one night so didn't have the opportunity to try the restaurant (only for breakfast which was excellent), or to judge the hotels location in relation to the city. All staff were very attentive, kind, polite and professional. The whole establishment was very clean and well maintained. We would certainly like to visit again and stay at least a couple of nights to make the most of the hotel and its facilities.…
