I received excellent service from the reception agent and waitstaff. The outdoor pool was clean and you can enjoy drinks poolside. The Nicaraguan breakfast plate was delicious as was the Chicken Florentino. Rooms were cozy and had good toiletries. Always hot water. Good TV

We flew halfway across the world (15hrs) to get to Managua. We arrived at Elements Hotel at 11pm with a confirmed booking, only to be told there was an “issue” at the hotel and to be sent to a cheaper and worse place... and we had to pay for it!! Did they think of contacting me
