Elements Hotel was a pleasant surprise in Managua with comfortable large rooms and an excellent restaurant where we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast. The hotel is modern with a terrace where meals are served overlooking a swimming pool and gardens.
I received excellent service from the reception agent and waitstaff. The outdoor pool was clean and you can enjoy drinks poolside. The Nicaraguan breakfast plate was delicious as was the Chicken Florentino. Rooms were cozy and had good toiletries. Always hot water. Good TV…
Stayed in this hotel twice 2nights start of our holiday & 1 night at the end. Brilliant modern hotel well positioned, friendly staff, very good dining & pool area, breakfast was good, rooms very spacious, a wonderful experience.
We flew halfway across the world (15hrs) to get to Managua. We arrived at Elements Hotel at 11pm with a confirmed booking, only to be told there was an “issue” at the hotel and to be sent to a cheaper and worse place... and we had to pay for it!! Did they think of contacting me…
