I stayed here with my family, and we could not have been happier. The staff was exceptionally attentive and accommodating. The room was confortable and clean. The pool and common areas well maintained. We will definitly be back.
Small hotel but very nice. Family oriented and in a quiet part of town. Kinda far to walk to restaurants but doable. Good breakfast. The room was nice and the air conditioning worked well. Nice bathroom. The staff was very helpful and called us a taxi.
The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are great and the pool is nice. This hotel is located in a centric place of Managua, its safe and the employees makes you feel like you are home. Food is good, the hotel is very clean and the pool helps you to relax at the end of the day.
I stayed at Los Pinos for three weeks during some of the most stressful days of the ongoing conflict between the government and the population. Despite the intense pressure everyone was under, the entire staff made me feel welcome, cared for and above all safe and protected. If it wasn't safe to go outside, they warned me or even drove me. I got courtesy calls to order food before restaurants closed. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to see I had the best experience possible under the circumstances. During the day I could walk to nearby tiendas. Paddling around the pool while watching fireflies, or rocking outside in the patio breeze, I got to relax a little, so needed. I can only imagine how wonderful, beautiful and calming it is under normal conditions! It may be hard to travel at the moment, but as soon as you can get back to Nicaragua, do what I will do and stay at Los Pinos!…
We arrived tired from long flights to this quiet and well appointed small hotel. The staff, Naomi, Michael, Gloria and Rosa treated us with utmost care and concern for our comfort and well being. Naomi and Michael spoke excellent English, arranged for our transportation and meals during our stay. The room was impeccably clean thanks to Gloria and Rosa. The breakfasts were varied, fresh and featured local foods. We ate dinner there as well and left the table well satisfied. We enjoyed the bird life as we swam in the pool. Very peaceful and yet close to city amenities. Lovely safe neighbourhood. We will return here whenever we visit Managua.
