I have stayed at this property multiple times. The rooms are clean and simple, but warm and inviting. The staff is outstanding and are very accommodating. There is a good selection at breakfast, which features a local coffee. I'll be back again.

I just spent in a week in San Salvador and stayed at the Arbol de Fuego. It's a beautiful hotel with an adorable breakfast patio, world class staff and a prime location. They offer a fantastic breakfast which comes with your stay and the wifi is solid. I highly recommend the Arbol de Fuego!

Booked two nights here after reading glowing reviews on TA and in my guidebook ... and I was not disappointed. Staff is friendly and most speak pretty good English. My room 20 was simple, but clean, well maintained, nicely decorated. Shower, which uses solar heated water, was plenty hot. Breakfast was good, too ... I had the waffles both days,...

My wife and I were on our return trip from El Salvador. What a great eco friendly hotel near the university in the city. We had air conditioning and hot water. It was great! The staff was courteous and accommodating. We highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel.

I spent 1 night in this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, with gardens and fountain, located in a very safe district of San Salvador. The room was small, but comfortable, good shower, comfortable bed. There is no hair dryer, but if requested at the reception is provided. The breakfast was good: fried eggs, fruit, toasts. The staff is friendly and...

I've stayed several places in San Salvador, and this is the first which really has the Salvadoran hospitality without any pretense. The rooms are comfortable, though with a typical stiff bed you tend to find in CA. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is served in a beautiful garden and is really wonderful. The neighborhood surrounds the...

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable hotel, very clean with courtyard gardens and a fountain. We stayed in a room with airconditioning, a TV (to watch the olympics), and its own bathroom. The bathroom and bedroom and beds were comfortable, cozy, and very clean. The air conditioning worked great, and so did the ceiling fan. This hotel is located right down the...

This hotel was chosen for us and it was a good choice. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The staff was helpful and attentive. The hotel is in a good neighborhood that we felt safe walking in. The square is about 2 blocks away and was filled with lots of fun sights and sounds for Christmas. There...

The neighborhood here is very quite and you can easily walk up to the main square of the area in a few minutes. There a plenty of restaurant around. The hotel had breakfast included and offers a good variation. Staff was always helpful and friendly. They have a small garden where breakfast is served and a nice balcony to relax...

“all the rooms are in an interior courtyard so I expect there is no difference - there is a staircase and rooms are up or down so if you have any mobility challenges then ask for a downstairs room - perhaps there is a lift (elevator in US) but i did not notice one.”
