First time stay and all meet my expectations . Services and facilities were great . Restaurant, Could of been better but could be my selection from the menu. TV remote needs batteries so I watched no TV but I could of called it fix but did not . No complaints . This hotel is about 40 minutes from the Airport so keep that in mind but worth it . If you don’t have a rental car everything is farther then a walk but just for a few days stay like myself the hotel has everything I needed . The extra cost for VIP is worth the extra .
Nice staff, clean rooms and a beautiful pool. Our bed is super comfortable, there’s a huge balcony and the bathroom was fully stocked with nice amenities. We booked a room last minute for two nights and they were super accommodating. The food is nice as well, and we are very happy with the location.
I guess by San Salvador standards it’s not bad...I definitely can’t imagine any “presidents” staying there. It’s a very dated property...club lounge wasn’t bad and service was good. That’s about all I can say but I wouldn’t run back there...
The hotel is 'ok', and probably 'good' for San Salvador. But, it is a 'tired' and 'dated' property that is in desperate need of a renovation. Club lounge service and food was good. Would only stay there again if I had to.
The premises clearly have seen better days and would greatly benefit from some refurbishment . The rooms are pretty old fashioned though the bathrooms seem all recent and modern . The personnel in the restaurant and the room service is very kind and helpful but the overall service definitely leaves room for improvement. While the hotel was not fully booked we were given “inferior “ rooms (2nd floor, far away from lift , oriented to the parking lot) while better rooms were still available (higher floor oriented to the pool, with balcony). Question is why the reception didn’t give them right away ? The fitness is ok, but a little dark and the water dispenser systematically empty . Each time you inform the reception they promise to bring water immediately and nothing happens .... Cleaning of the rooms seems not to happen always automatically.... water bottles need to be paid extra unless you join some kind of loyalty program etc.... All in all not a brilliant experience....…
