We were attending a convention at the CIFO- which is literally one block away... so we loved the location! Food all around. $5 taxi rides to all the major malls/other fancy eating areas. Great customer service. Made to order breakfast includes. A/C good. Hot water showers good. Clean and comfortable bedrooms and bed. We would definitely stay here again if... More

Very quaint small hotel. Excellent location in San Benito. The staff try so hard to make sure your stay is comfortable. The breakfast is included and tasty .This was my 2nd trip to El Salvador this year and stayed with them last time. I will again.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the general knowledge of English is very limited. The room was clean and nicely decorated, the AC worked perfectly and was not too noisy. The bathroom was tidy and clean. However, it was also quite small which could be a problem for some guests. Breakfast was excellent. Apart from Coffee/Tea and... More

I was there for 10 days last month, while visiting with my elderly mother. We both love it for the great location, staff super friendly, cleanliness, WiFi, breakfast. Most definitely we recommend this place for lodging and plan to stay again.

There is no negative comments I can think off. From the front desk to breakfast to room clean, it was excellent. Everyone tried to help as much as they can if you have a question. Breakfast was great, the room was spotless. Wifi works very well too. I walked from the hotel in Zona Rosa to Centro Historico. No problem... More

This small hotel has the best location - a very short walk to many different restaurants and shopping, plus two museums. The neighborhood is secure with lots of guards. We never encountered problems in our three nights. The room is clean and comfy, but a bit small. The common areas are very nice, as well. The staff is very helpful,... More

This was a very clean, nice hotel in a safe area. The room was small, but Very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly, but most speak very little English, if any. However, we had no problems communicating. Fantastic restaurants just a couple of blocks away. Safe area, we walked each night to dinner. Despite being next to a major... More

If it were just location this place should get all 5 stars. The Museum of Art is a 10 min walk. The buses to Honduras and Guatemala (Pullmantur) leave from the Sheraton which is a 7 min walk and the buses to Nicaragua (Transporte del Sol) leave from the next building. There are a whole bunch of American fast food... More

Nice little hotel where staff are lovely and incredibly helpful - great service. Not a lot of English spoken but they were very encouraging with my Spanish! Rooms are compact and wifi was a bit on/off but the location is great near the Pullmantur bus coming to/from Honduras and Guatemala. Loads of bars and restaurants very close by and felt... More
