Situated a few metres from Holiisivka Metro Station, this high-rise building cannot be unnoticed. The lobby and reception area rather oversized, the lifts a bit noisy, but reliable and working. The room was clean, adequately big with a TV set, fridge (really noisy at night), airconditioning, large wardrobes and a small bathroom (the bath is quite high, so I had problems to get in there to have a shower). The water taps said "hot" and "cold" but they were swapped, so be careful not to get scalded. Not all the staff speak English. Good short-time accommodation at a resonable price.
Soviet style hotel close to the metro station so really easy to find. Makes visiting Kiev easy. A few correct restaurants in the area and a supermarket. Clean rooms. Internet was not working in my room on the 5th floor. You get what you pay for.
+ Clean rooms. Staff is very polite and helpful, except for one girl working on 2nd July early morning. Close to metro station, supermarket, banks, and especially Holosiivskyi National Natural Park. In the evening you can enjoy the fresh air and walk in the parks. We checked in 3 hours before without any additional cost and thank the staff for this opportunity. Rooms are air-conditioned. Beds are comfortable. There are coffee and tea opportunities at the rooms. - Old, soviet fashion, but it is interesting too, especially for that person, who has nostalgy about Soviet time. The lift works very-very slow. The TV is small. There is no electrical charging opportunity close to beds. On the main hall of the hotel, the name of the capital of Ukraine is written wrong (Kiyv). They must correct it.…
Hotel is very good for the money and clean. People are nice and accommodating. There are more expensive hotels but this has good value and rooms are good. The location is right near metro and only 100 grivas from Kreschatik Street.
Cheap and confortable hotel. Realy easy to find at the Metro. The rooms are modern and renovated. If i will visit Kiev, than i am sure, i will visit this hotel again, and again. The coustumer can speak well English and Russian.
We were on a student trip and stayed for 2 nights. Rooms were nice, cosy, clean and with nice views. Hotel is near metro station which is important. It is not expensive. The service was kind. Definitely recommending!
I like the hotel very much, it was close to the metro station, l only stay for six nights and the service were good only wish for more English speakers staffs on the front decks, Wi Fi were bit slow some days but it serve me ok. Yes, l would come back to this hotel again.
I stayed at that hotel quite a few times since 2006. They always have been very helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped. The hotel offers wifi, has a small restaurant, a small shop and is 30sec away from the underground.
Friendly staff, good internet, clean rooms. Modern reception, rooms dated - kind of 1940's style. Water cooler also delivers hot water to make your own tea (if you bring your own tea bags). Breakfast was fine. Lots of choice and you pay for it as a separate part of the bill. Air con unit in rooms serves as heater. If you need a central place to stay at low cost, this is fine.
The only claim I could address to the hotel management is that wi-fi does not work fast in the rooms, so I had to go to the lounge to use it. As for the rest, the hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly - I could check-in at 11 a.m. with no problems
