Had a short stay for transit. Was impressed with the room. Booked most simple room, and can say that quality of it absolutely not worse than similar rooms on many five-star hotels. During my stay the restaurant didn't work, and I ordered meal to my room. Quality of meal was good. I did not had breakfast, because I had very early departure to airport. Business center did not work to, and receptionist kindly printed some documents for me. I was pleased to stay here and necessarily want to come back.

Excellent service for this stay, I was here in mid December and was happy with the team members at the hotel, the food could have been a little better but the overall stay I was very happy with. Couldn't gotten more toiletries after the room was cleaned though, as well

We stayed at the junior suite during 4 nights and the room itself was very good. Maybe an additional lamp would provide more light to the living room. Amenities were good. The room service and room cleaning were perfect. But there were some things that can definitely be improved. The breakfast was good but for the entire stay, not a single item changed. A small variation is always appreciated. When we were doing checking out, the receptionist did not ask how our stay was, I had an impression that she just wanted that we pay and leave. And the last thing. When we were waiting for our taxi to go to the airport at 6am, a strange guy with two prostitutes arrived at the hotel and asked for a room for a couple of hours. And the hotel accepted that!!! I never could imagine that Radisson Blu accepts to be a brothel for people who want to have some fun! Just disgusting!…

We had a great stay at the Radisson Blu when we stayed. The staff spoke perfect English and they were very happy to help with any questions or issues that we had. The room service and the breakfast were a little expensive but it was all good quality and tasted good. The location is wonderful for getting around and seeing things in Kyiv. Contact them in advance to obtain a transport from the airport to the hotel for a good price.

Everything was really better than expected. The staff at breakfast, very polite and helpful. The breakfast itself excellent. The face mask was mandatory inside the hotel. There was an employee at the entrance who was politely asking any guest to wear a mask before entering. A pleasant surprise for me was during my checkout, when the lady in the reception talked to me in perfect Greek language. She had learned the Greek language in Kiev's university where she had international studies. All in all it was really perfect.
