I have been many times in 11 Mirrors (only in 2019 8-9 times) and I can only recommend this hotel. It is very centrally located, the restaurant at the rooftop has a fantastic view and the food is very tast. The rooms are large and very clean. I want to mention above all that the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We arrived to 11 Mirrors for a weekend, the hotel is perfectly located by the city centre overlooking the beautiful church and Main Street. The staff at the hotel is warm and always ready to make your stay wonderful! Kudos to the doorman and girls at the desk! The hotel rooms are cozy and at the same time offering all you expect from a modern hotel, it is in fact getting the best of both the worlds. The rooms are fully equipped, spacious and offer spectacular view. We have been provided with complimentary upgrade upon arrival to a beautiful Desire Deluxe Room! The rooftop restaurant is pretty good, breakfast menu had a good variety, the cocktail card was just amazing - there were one of the best cocktails we ever tried! The servers were attentive and overall service was flawless. The access to the city attractions is quite easy from the hotel as it is only 5 min walking to the city center. We have been given directions at the desk and had a great walk around the city following the recommendations. The staff is the key! Always friendly, smiling and ready to help - they happily assisted us with all requests - starting from changing money to arranging our appointments for the beauty studio. The service they provide is something different from everywhere- we had a feeling of home there :) All up our stay was just impeccable. Can't knock it, we will be back and thanks again!

Poor management, poor internet, arrogant attitude from management... We couldn't even get a sharp knife to cut our aged meats... No internet, noisy room, poor tv channels and connection... Poor experience overall. a business hotel that dont offer you a minimun of internet cannot be consider a business hotel. 1000 5 stars reviews? Humm, seams strange... “This is my wife writing and I strongly support” I stayed in your hotel for 2 days, 18/11 - 20/11. Room 201 Total amount 19.317.12 UAH. We were in two rooms, Alex Braga was in 302, 23k. SAME ROOM RATE, completely different rooms. Very acceptable price if I have had the minimum services you expect from a hotel of "your level". I am sending an email (same list was shared with reception after having paid the bill, not sicking discounts) because being from the sector, I think it's important to help each other to grow and not commit the same huge mistakes. Internet: Serious problem! Doesn't matter if you are business or leisure hotel. 5 stars, in center, all the awards that you like to show in the front door and NO INTERNET? I lost money in this 2 days with you. I was unable to send an email and finish my research. In my free time, I was unable to watch netflix or EVEN listen to music on spotify using your connection. I called, someone came... Nothing changed... The advice from your staff? "Buy an ukranian sim card". - I have an ukranian sim card. I live in Lviv and planning my move to Kyiv because of my business. This is simply NOT AN ANSWER! Room: Very small room! 50% of occupancy, not upgrade offered. Even if we had to pay, not a problem! We were not that comfortable. Terrible view from windows and HIGH rumors of trash collected from morning till late night... We could hear bottles all the time from outside, with obviously, closed windows. Answer from your staff: " It's not our building in front, we can't do anything about it" Really? THIS IS NOT AN ANSWER! Humidity on the wall, a piece of the wallpaper was cracked and coming out... Not a very good first impression. TV: Italian channels working just sometimes... Just Rai news... Sometimes yes, sometimes no... No option to connect music or netflix on tv... Curtains: One side working, other side not.... don't slide and don't close completely. Mini Bar: Incomplete. No love box ( there was in 302 ) No gin bottle... NO WINE OPENER! We decided to have a shabo wine (straight relationship with producers from Odessa and we buy from them also) and there wasn't. We called to ask and they doubt that there wasn't. Questioned us for more than two times if we were sure that there wasn't. We searched everywhere and just after this failed "treasure hunt" they confirmed to bring. Anyway we waited 30 min+!!! FOR AN OPENER! Room service: Very poor service. We ordered a prosecco bottle around 23:00 on room 302. 20 minutes later, we wanted another one and the answer was NO. now we cannot serve anymore. Why didn't they inform us before that was the last moments to order and if we wanted one more in the room already? You don't work with upselling? Not interesting for you? I wouldn't say that. Other order was from my room, a simple popcorn. NOT THAT SIMPLE in 11 Mirrors. The answer was no, we don't have. Not possible to get? Not offer of anything else? A guest that is already VERY upset with your missing services and NO EFFORT at all to make them happy... It is sad for me as a hospitality professional to see that now a days... Restaurant: Maybe misses a manager, or the presence of a manager... We arrived with a friend that is still staying with you, also 2nd floor. We didn't have a reservation, nobody told we needed to... Anyway, our mistake. But, when we asked for a table, we waited standing for minutes with no alternative solution until all the waiters arrived to a decision if we could or not sit... No invitation to the bar and start spending? ok... we waited, half restaurant was empty, we waiting... finally, a little table was given to us... 3 rooms sitted on a round small table and we stayed for hours, when we left, that super big tables were still empty, and we were sharing chairs and the couch... Embarrassing! Beef tartar? Just do not serve if you don't use high quality meat. pieces were big, hard... the only thing we ate, crispy parmesan chips... they took away and nobody wanted to know why we didn't touch it... no empathy... So sad. No manager... No care... Hostess: no information about elevator... I ended up on the BOH of my floor... awkward! Waiters: One was smelling. terrible! he was in breakfast and then served us during our tasting on the lobby. ( previous day, we asked kindly to have a aged meat tasting that we took from other countries on the restaurant drinking wine and champagne - not prossecco. They said no.) I went to the receptionist again to tell her that was inconvenient. And just to finish, we ordered more or less 10 prosecco bottles in 2 days. When I complained about the internet, a prosecco was sent to my room. Nice gesture from you but not at the level... We could have paid for one more prosecco...(please dont get me wrong, I don't want to seem rude) I don't think this is the level of amenity you use for a serious problem like all of that. Honestly, I was very surprised when in the last day I saw that you are Bonvoy... I honestly hope this can help you to be more attentive and remember that during this times, all care is not enough. And during my stay with you, there was no care at all. In the end, the receptionist told my husband that on our return we would have 50% of discount in everything. TO MY HUSBAND? Isn't this sexist? YES, IT IS! I spoke with her, I exposed my points and they call my husband to offer this? So, another confirmation that there WAS NO CONSIDERATION for me. Unacceptable! No sensibility, no empathy, no gender equality, no management, no training. KUDUS to Alex, blond waiter that used to be a supervisor in Opera Hotel. And your bellboys - doorman. They are great! Excellent english and professionality! The only good memory remained.

Speaking the truth, we feel saddened to read your comments and find out from your review how unsatisfied you were with your whole accommodation experience. We have taken careful note of your comment in regards of the room. According to your reservation, you and Mr. Braga booked and stayed in a Courtyard Standard Room (27 – 29 sq. meters) at the discounted rate. You have noticed the difference between yours and Mr. Braga’s rooms as we do have two different layouts of this room category. You may find the link to our website below to make sure there were same room category: https://11mirrors-hotel.com/rooms/courtyard-standard. Unfortunately, we had no chance to offer you an upgrade since during your stay we had only 4 rooms available in the whole hotel. All of them was the same category, as you have booked – Courtyard Standard Room. Concerning the internet and TV connection. Please, accept our sincerest apologies about these issues. Our technician has tried to solve the problem with internet and checked everything with different devises. Regarding TV, unfortunately it is not possible to be connected to NETFLIX directly, but if we knew that It is an issue for you during your stay, we would gladly bring you cable to connect through the laptop. Anyways, we have already forwarded your comments to our IT department, in order to fix the internet connection and find more convenient solution for guests to avoid such inconveniences in the future. As to your comments about curtains, technical problem on the wall and mini bar contains this is a great signal for us to double check everything before each guest’s arrival. We have already raised awareness to our housekeeping manager in order to pay more attention to these important details. All mentioned things are important for us. Also, due to the quarantine we do have some restrictions about opening hours for our restaurant. Unfortunately, we are forced to close our kitchen at 11:00 P.M. and stop serving room services. It was our fault not informing you about it when you have ordered first room service. Concerning special requests like a popcorn, restaurant offered you an available option from our menu – shrimp popcorn. If this option was not suitable for you, you may always ask front desk about it and we will gladly find a way to provide guests with any requests. Regarding your comments about restaurant, usually our restaurant is busy and we do have tables booked and prepaid in advance. We do understand your point of view and completely understand your complaint, but our colleagues have tried to find the best available option for you. At the same time, it was not hospitably from our side. We do have trainings with all our staff, so this will be one more lesson for us. Our management takes care about our staff appearance and we are very sorry that such an inconvenient thing has imprinted in your memory. We will put a serious attention to our restaurant service so we could deliver more enjoyable experience to our guests. Concerning the discount, we have offered you, please, do not perceive it as a sexist thing. Front Desk Agent had to discuss all your situation with manager before making some offer as a compensation for you. Your husband was passing by reception, so they have offered him a discount as you are one family. They never wanted to offend you. We all were tried to send you our apologies with a bottle of prosecco as a compliment from us. Since we wanted to deliver you something you like to drink. We are sorry if you found this compliment not a good way to apologize. We were trying to do this only with good intentions. However, we are sorry to learn that we did not meet your expectations in terms of not satisfying your overall impression about us as a part of Design Hotels AG and a part of Marriott Bonvoy program considering us as an average hotel. It is your personal opinion and we respectfully accept it. We offer a great emphasis on quality and small details to make the bigger difference on our guest’s general impression.
