A kind of perfect boutique hotel, yet with most of what you might need from bigger hotels. Excellent location, very professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast as well. Beautiful art collection in the lobby and restaurant areas
The Envoy Hotel is situated in the wonderful centre of Belgrade. The breakfast is tasty but not special. The superior room is nicely decorated but has an enormous ledge near the window which makes it difficult to open. What makes the hotel special is 1) The hotels staff Anice who is wonderful, helping us a lot and Milos who helped us with the reservations. All the staff are great. 2)The perfect location.
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I am a scientist, I travel internationally a lot, and I am in Belgrade for a conference. The staff were so friendly and competent, with wonderful smiles. Very comfortable bed with a bedroom window that opens (increasingly rare in hotels). Ideal location in the centre of Belgrade. Superb buffet breakfast. The restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner. Excellent free internet. I usually write critical reviews, so it is a pleasure for me to praise this hotel. I hope to return to Belgrade, and when I do I look forward to staying in this hotel again.
The rooms are perfect, the service is excellent, the location is great. We waited a long time for food for lunch and dinner. When leaving, the receptionist was too slow to process the invoice and documents. Parking is far from the hotel and expensive
It was a very good experience, very professional staff and cooperative as well. Strongly recommend other to use this hotel. I met with Miss Tanzila Rao there, she has provided the assistant on a timely manner and helped me properly during my departure
Pros: - Location: (Walking) Knez Mihailova Street (2mins), Republic Square (3mins), Skadarlija (7mins), Belgrade Fortress (16mins), St Mark’s Church (17mins). - Bathroom amenities (of excellent quality!): Soap bar, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, vanity kit, shower cap, shoe sponge, shoehorn, slippers, hairdryer (1300w). - Complimentary bottle of water on first day. - Free in-room WiFi (good speeds, approx. 58Mbps). - Large in-room safe + scales in room to weigh suitcase. Cons: - The bathtowels are very small for this quality of hotel. - Bring your own tissues, as they are not supplied in the bathroom.
It was an amazing stay from check in to check out. The staff was excellent, helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Breakfast was the best of my 26 day trip different items every morning. The gym was clean and worked well, as did the sauna. My room was big, clean and had everything i needed. The location is excellent. a very short walk to everything. The Fort is only a 15 minute walk. If I were ever in Belgrade again I would stay here for sure.
The Envoy Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel situated in the heart of the pedestrian street of Belgrade. The location is perfect. The detail is impeccable and modern design. Upon entering, you instantly feel at peace, like you are at home. There are nooks and crannies to enjoy some downtime whilst watching the world go past. The rooms are spotless and spacious, with heavenly linen and beds to provide that uninterrupted sleep. The restaurant is on the ground floor, with a cosy and idyllic courtyard to enjoy your morning coffee, the breakfast is a buffet, but you will be impressed with the quality. All the staff are lovely and chirpy. The team make your stay that extra unique being full of smiles and positive energy. Although you are in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the pedestrian street, this hotel provides a private oasis after a day of exploring. Recommend the Envoy Hotel; you won't be disappointed.…
In general I liked the hotel. But there were still many issues for me. Maybe the biggest thing, which I did not like, was my room’s size (I booked a Superior King Room). The room was too tiny. I literally had space there for my big luggage and one carry-on. It definitely felt uncomfortable there because of the size. It was the same issue with the bathroom in my room, which was also small. The shower stall was also super tiny. Also there was no view from my room, which was on the 4th floor and across from a building’s wall. I wish I had some city view and more natural day light in my room. Otherwise, the hotel is nice. It is updated and well designed. The front desk staff was always nice and helpful. There is a cafe next to the lobby. Breakfasts there were pretty good, fruits were always fresh and tasty. Now back to the negatives, the elevators were super tiny and slow. Also the elevator buttons which were on a sensor panel did not work for me and other guests pretty often. They definitely need to fix this issue and make it more sensitive to fingers. My room was basic but nicely designed. The bed in my room was comfortable. Wi-Fi was working super fast. The bathroom amenities were of a nice quality. The hotel’s location is great. It is in the heart of Belgrade next to the main square. There are a lot of different places around to go, see and do. Finishing up, I would tell that I can recommend this hotel for a stay in Belgrade. If you are a single traveler, probably a basic room will be fine just for you. Also I recommend asking for a room on a high floor to have as much daylight as possible, because the rooms on the low floors are definitely dark.…
This is a great small boutique hotel located in a great location to explore old Belgrade. The taxi can't reach the hotel but the main road is not too far. All major attractions are walkable from the hotel. The staff were all great. They were helpful without being intrusive. Combining with the smart design of the room and hotel, it made my stay enjoyable. I didn't try the restaurant but the breakfast was good.
