On our tip to Belgrade last year we got to spend a night at this hotel , so here are the findings: location - close to the city center but in the same time on a street that was quite. Still construction work was going on in the period I've been there. Still there is a closed parking lot. So if you are by car you park it safely at the hotel - for a price , of course. Strong Wifi for free through the hotel. service - front desk stuff helpful and speaking good english so communication was simple and easy - check in / check out went very smooth. So nothing to complain about in this aspect. room/bathroom- the room very clean and really nice furniture inside - bed excellent (only regret used it just for 1 night) . Minibar loaded and the prices were no robbery - so it actually were worth it. Bathroom - very clean and spacious with all the items needed. Extra fluffy towels (typically hotel towels are not this nice) worth a mention. breakfast - for those of you who like hearty breakfasts this was the place. Very good selection of meat and meat products (sausages, salami, etc.) , breakfast area spacious and can accomodate easily 50+ people at the same time. Omelette and fresh greens, bread and butter made the breakfast complete - and some local specials to complete it. Overall very very good breakfast experience. Prices - pocket friendly and they take credit card. For me it was a very good hotel to spend a night in Belgrade - it is a true 4 star hotel and if you need a place I can recommend you try this place.

Good location, new building, clean and neat rooms. Recommended. Dont expect a variety of choice for the breakfast. My computer couldnt connect the wifi with security warnings, but i didnt have any issues to connect my phone and tablet.

The rudest staff i ever had experience with. They did not to refund me, since i accidentally made 2 reservations at once and when i call Expedia, they told me they are willing to help me with refund if the hote Constantine the Great will approve my refund. The manager of hotel, Ms. Jelena said they will not refund me because i booked a non-refundable room, even if i told her the situation of booking it twice and 2nd one was accidentally, she said that there is nothing they can do about it. I have not had such experience anywhere, neither in US neither anywhere in EU, and it did not happen first time i asked for a refund on non-refundable booking, other hotels were nice and willing to help. Serbians are, as it seems very rude and not hospitable nation! Shame on you! Will never come back to this hotel, neither in Serbia.

The room was spectacular! Spacious and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic variety wise. The downside was the work being done around the hotel and on the street so first impressions weren't at best. All and all everything was fine, but would try something right in the centre next time.

...unless you insist on having hot water in less than 5-6 minutes. Friendly, very relaxed staff. Home made coffee, not the espresso style. Thick, black, strong. Bring us another one! Relaxed atmosphere in the hotel’s bar. Smoke as much as you want, but not during the breakfast. Can we have a drink at 11pm? Sure, walk west 300m to a plays which is open all night long ;). January 1st - complementary bottle of sparkling wine in the room. Very nice! All in all - stay there and be relaxed.
