Amazing service from even before we got to the hotel. Was intouch to make a group reservation and Ms Kruna was extremely helpful including advising us on where to go how to organize are event ... the cake as well.
The reception staff was also extremely helpful from helping with taxi bookings to recommendations and even helped with are PCR registrations.
Service was amazing, place was renovated so new and clean.
Breakfast was the best.

...unless you insist on having hot water in less than 5-6 minutes. Friendly, very relaxed staff. Home made coffee, not the espresso style. Thick, black, strong. Bring us another one! Relaxed atmosphere in the hotel’s bar. Smoke as much as you want, but not during the breakfast. Can we have a drink at 11pm? Sure, walk west 300m to a plays which is open all night long ;). January 1st - complementary bottle of sparkling wine in the room. Very nice!

The rudest staff i ever had experience with. They did not to refund me, since i accidentally made 2 reservations at once and when i call Expedia, they told me they are willing to help me with refund if the hote Constantine the Great will approve my refund. The manager of hotel, Ms. Jelena said they will not refund me because i booked a non-refundable room, even if i told her the situation of booking it twice and 2nd one was accidentally, she said that there is nothing they can do about it.
I have not had such experience anywhere, neither in US neither anywhere in EU, and it did not happen first time i asked for a refund on non-refundable booking, other hotels were nice and willing to help.
Serbians are, as it seems very rude and not hospitable nation! Shame on you!
Will never come back to this hotel, neither in Serbia.

Great hotel with great location.
Big parking in the heart of the city center is a huge advantage to this hotel. Hotel is just a 10min walk to the city center.
Hotel staff is really nice and lovely, willing to help you with everything.

Good location, new building, clean and neat rooms. Recommended.
Dont expect a variety of choice for the breakfast. My computer couldnt connect the wifi with security warnings, but i didnt have any issues to connect my phone and tablet.

It was a very good choice for Belgrade. A very clean, comfortable and modern hotel. It is also very close downtown Belgrade. The restaurant is also very good. Breakfast is excellent and the personnel very friendly.

Stayed here for 5 nights and all the staff were amazing! Decent sized rooms. Good breakfast (amazing coffee and the freshest croissants), and help with PCR tests! They also helped us make/cancel restaurant reservations. Shoutout to Kruna, Goran and Sara and George our kind breakfast server! Thank you🙂

The room was spectacular! Spacious and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic variety wise. The downside was the work being done around the hotel and on the street so first impressions weren't at best. All and all everything was fine, but would try something right in the centre next time.

There is a secure parking outside, sometimes it can be included into the price. Even if not it is worth to keep a car there
